No, I mean get rid of seeding all together. First ball out is home as in the FA Cup. The seeding has even lead to Wolves as an unseeded side being in the southern section when West Brom and Villa which are further south than Wolves (ok by only about 8 and 12 miles respectively) being in the Northern section.
