We'd love him and the team to be successful, but won't deny the evidence of our 'lying eyes' when they perform poorly. Crowing after a cup game is just stupid. On the whole, people on the Johnson Out 'side' are fans with concerns about the manager with reasonable opinions. They still would love Johnson to prove them wrong. Considering last seasons form it's not really surprising that many feel like that. Let's wait to see where we are around October time. That's probably a good enough sample size to get a good barometer. Truth is, we probably aren't quite as good as some of us thought post Plymouth/Barnsley and probably aren't as bad as some of us thought post Brentford/Millwall.
