Spot on Alf, I came away from the 4-1 thrashing of Derby feeling absolutely gutted that I couldn't hear the tannoy announcements, I mean a cracking game of football is all well and good but's what's the point of going to the game if you can't hear the tannoy? The Lee Johnson interview you literally can't hear a thing. The other two were the music playing and some talking from Downsy which were ok to be fair. Be interesting to see if a quick fix of this nature might help. Guess it would be largely inexpensive, you also get to be pretend to be air traffic controllers/Madonna when you are playing about with it. Whats not to like? Maybe the speakers are too focused, or too many are pointing down to pitchside? It's not the same issue but what has happened to the music this season? Not the choice of tracks but whoever is playing it in and out. The pre-match arrangement was a total mess tonight. PA issues aside we seem to have gone back so badly with this - maybe it's just more complex now with screens, interviews etc. And why announce the teams (for the second time) over the top of a song?
