I did list the values as if a team was coming in for them individually, not if we decided to have a fire sale. Obviously it would be different if we wanted to get rid of them all.

I think almost all your values are unrealistically low. They’re like values from 2007 not 2017!

1. FRANK FIELDING - 500K - Easily get 1 million for Frankie in current market

2. EROS PISANO - 300K

3. JOE BRYAN - 5 million - Could easily add another couple of million here

4. ADEN FLINT - 6 million

5. BAILEY WRIGHT - 1.5 million - 25 years old, club captain, full international. Easily worth 3 million.

6. NATHAN BAKER - 900K -  We've just paid around 2-3 million for him so not sure how you think he's gone down in value??

7. KOREY SMITH - 750K - 26 years old, experienced Champ midfielder, easily worth 2 million

8. JOSH BROWNHILL - 1.2 million - Really?!!! Triple this at least

9. FAMARA DIÉDHIOU - 5 million - Already worth around 6 million now after his great start

10. MATTY TAYLOR - 500K

11. CALLUM O'DOWDA - 300K - 22 years old, paid 1.2 million for him, full Irish international, improving all the time. Easily worth 2-3 million.

13. SCOTT GOLBOURNE - 80 K

14. BOBBY REID - 1.2 million - No way. If clubs came knocking for him in Jan, and he's still maintaining this form, easily worth 5 million.

16. GUSTAV ENGVALL - 1 million

17. TAYLOR MOORE - 800k

18. CAULEY WOODROW - 1.2 million

19. NICLAS ELIASSON - 750K - Just paid around 2 million for him. Value stays the same

20. JAMIE PATERSON - 1.5 million - Nooooooo, one of the best players in the Champ at the moment. Worth 3-4 million easily.

21. MARLON PACK - 750k - Easily worth 1.5-2 million in current market

22. MILAN Đurić - 500K

23. Hörður Magnússon - 1 million - Paid 2 million for him, full Iceland international, could go for 2-3 million easily.

24. MAX O'LEARY - 80K

25. LLOYD KELLY - 1.2 million - We'd want way more than that

26. ZAK VYNER - 500K

31. JENS HEGELER - 300K

The context is important here. We don’t have to sell, in great form, lots of the players are young. With that in mind here’s what I guess our ‘match this price and we can start negotiations’ price might be if theoretically the transfer window was open right now.

NB - I didn’t take into account contract length here

I like Joe Bryan but I don't quite understand why he is often valued so much higher than other members of our squad of comparable age and ability. I just don't see him as a stand-out player in our current squad that justifies that apparent price tag.

Most seem to have Bryan valued significantly higher than Bobby Reid - right here and now, who would you rather lose? I realise it's a very subjective issue and other clubs looking from the outside might not take the same view as us from the fan's perspective, but nonetheless I don't quite get it.

I’d say there’s not much in their value. Very similar age and both great in their roles. Difference is that Bryan has played his role much more whereas Reid is relatively new to his.

Value to us and value to  Premiership teams are very different things. I believe left back is a very difficult position to get real quality, in the modern game.

Applying the Wael Gas Taylor transfer coefficient ( verified by Rachel Riley) these are our players' worth:

Fielding £11.5m

PIssano £11.6m

Wright  £12m

Flint £14.5m

Baker £15m

Bryan £20m

Patterson £13.5M

Pack £12m

Smith £11.5m

Brownhill £13.5m

Elliason £14m

Fammy £16m

Reid £35m

You shouldn't underestimate!!

Ultimately any player’s value depends on:

1) the extent to which the buying club needs the player

2) the extent to which the selling club wants the player

3) the extent to which the selling club needs cash.

I think at the moment we would prefer not to sell most of our players and would not want the inconvenience of replacing them. That puts a huge premium on the price and I would be surprised to see anyone playing regularly either in the starting line-up or from the bench go for less than £5m and suspect we would want at least £10m before we even considered it in most cases. That is not to say I think that is how much our players are “worth”, just how much I think teams would need to pay to purchase players we do not want to sell. I suspect that means few of our players are likely to be sold, which is no bad thing.

Some of the potential fees mentioned here are laughable. I would say Joe Bryan is probably our most valuable player all things considered. If we were to get a bid in in the 5-6 million range, would anyone take it to free up a place for Lloyd kelly?

also, they may have been joking earlier on the thread but it’s clear that everyone here is for sale, for the right price.
