Genuinely, I was never one way or the other, although the losing streak last year was bloody hard to take, the form taken from the end of last season and carried through the start of this has been marvellous. it will be interesting when a couple of losses on the spin inevitably happens and see how the team and management responds in the face of adversity after another fantastic start to the season. Villa have 4 wins and 2 draws in the league, but lost to Middlesborough in their cup game. I would have thought with a win v Stoke it would be LJs. Why don't we just acknowledge and praise the players and coaching team for going 11 unbeaten including dumping 2 Premier league clubs out the cup. Forget about the losing streak last year, it's in the past and those who were the bad apples are no longer at the club. This squad are a close knit committed bunch achieving fantastic results on a consistent basis and with some style which as supporters is what we want isn't it? The fact we went there away and got a point could be the deciding factor if the vote is regarding the league
