(with 6 being a decent performance)

Steele - 8 - Looked really assured, organised well when Palace had corners and a truly outstanding save when it was still 2-1.

Pisano - 6 - Rusty (understandably) performance, a couple of really poor loose passes but got better as the game went on.

Flint - 8 - Back to his best, dominant in the air, tidy enough on the floor.

Wright - 6 - At fault for first goal when getting caught in possession, also got caught a second time from Palace nearly made it 2-0. Like Pisano improved as the game went on.

Mags - 7 - Pulled around a bit by Sako early on, but overall performed well. Long throw is a great weapon too.

Bryan - 10 - You can't fault that display, fantastic goal, brilliant tackles, equally good left midfield or left back.

Brownhill - 8 - Made numerous interceptions and tackles when Palace were pressing, super energy levels as usual.

Pack - 6 - Steady performance, which he needed after last two poor games.

Fammy - 6 - Put himself about, looked a bit clumsy at times.

Taylor - 7 - Never stopped running, always made himself available and scored. Looked better playing off Đurić.

COD - 7 - At times looked scared to take his man on, but improved after the break and cracking goal to kill the game off.

SUBS

Đurić - 8 - Made a real difference, Palace struggled to deal with his physicality.

Other two not on long enough to rate.

After being 1 down and Palace passing the ball around and breaking at speed, really looked like we were on way out, but what a turnaround. COYR.

Mags 7 were you at the game!!!!!' First half he was as you say Not just pushed  around a bit. The guy never got near Sako. Lightweight is an understatement, Yes he improved second half but they were far less of a threat. 5 tops. It was not overall a decent performance. Joe had a good game but 10 is pushing it a bit. 8  yes. Otherwise reasonably fair although I would give pack a 7 for 2 wonderful first time balls which put us on the front foot and started a period of dominance

A few shaky saves early on, but no arguments here....LJ will have no worries picking him should FF pick up an injury.

Pisano - 6 - Rusty (understandably) performance, a couple of really poor loose passes but got better as the game went on.

Thought he was excellent tonight.  All of our players struggled early on, but Pisano just defends so well....anticipates danger, physical when he knows he can. Won Good headers booth defensively and attacking.  Massive boost him being back.

Flint - 8 - Back to his best, dominant in the air, tidy enough on the floor.

Yeah, pretty good tonight.  Did quite well 1on1 v Sako early on in Palace’s good spell.

Wright - 6 - At fault for first goal when getting caught in possession, also got caught a second time from Palace nearly made it 2-0. Like Pisano improved as the game went on.

He got fouled for their goal, it was obvious, couldn’t believe ref played on.  Thought he was so tight tonight.  His passing early on let him down, but he had a good game.

Mags - 7 - Pulled around a bit by Sako early on, but overall performed well. Long throw is a great weapon too.

Got better as the game went on, even being a bit more physical second half.

Bryan - 10 - You can't fault that display, fantastic goal, brilliant tackles, equally good left midfield or left back.

Immense, loves a tackle doesn’t he.

Brownhill - 8 - Made numerous interceptions and tackles when Palace were pressing, super energy levels as usual.

Apart from overplaying a bit in tight spots early on and losing the ball, he is fast becoming the auto-picin midfield.  Played with so much confidence tonight.  Very impressed.

Pack - 6 - Steady performance, which he needed after last two poor games.

Yep, overshadowed by Brownhill.

Fammy - 6 - Put himself about, looked a bit clumsy at times.

Put himself about well in opening e0, especially as we struggled for 20-25 minutes of that.  Looked the more likely to create something in that time.  Won free-kicks.

Taylor - 7 - Never stopped running, always made himself available and scored. Looked better playing off Đurić.

Yes, probably 5/6 opening 30, but an 8 last hour, so 7 overall.  Starting to win me over.

COD - 7 - At times looked scared to take his man on, but improved after the break and cracking goal to kill the game off.

Was a good outlet tonight, linked well with Pisano, kept the ball well...didn’t commit stupid fouls.  Great goal.  Time to kick-on Callum.

SUBS

Đurić - 8 - Made a real difference, Palace struggled to deal with his physicality.

Best I’ve seen from him.

Other two not on long enough to rate.

If anything Đurić should be higher. Can’t ask for much more from him - especially when you consider he’s not match fit.

This! We didn’t look like a side that would be able to win 4-1 until he came on. He won everything and held the ball up for Taylor brownhill cod and supporting players etc.

Best targetman performance for me since Dele Adebola vs Wolves at home, 2-2 draw in driving rain (2009?).

Đurić was outstanding tonight and wasn’t match fit. The way he held off about 3 defenders and somehow managed to score was fantastic play.

Something like that I can’t quite remember!

Đurić wise I Couldn’t agree more. You could see they had no idea how to mark him and tried pulling him down and grabbing his shirt but his sheer strength and presence was still enough.

Randomly that game has always stuck out for me. An innocuous 2-2 draw!

Sadly no highlights on YouTube but it was driving rain, middle of winter - we are 2-0 down with Adebola on as sub.. he plays out of his skin, winning everything, holding up play.. using all his experience and guile - he scored a fantastic finish too. It ends up 2-2 - largely thanks to him.

The great thing about Đurić is there’s nothing you can do about it to stop him. Unless you’ve got a 6ft 7” defender he will win high balls - what a problem to have to deal with.

He's just a good Andy Carroll, good Andy Carroll, he's just a good Andy Carroll...

So long as we can keep him fit he's going to be a huge (in all senses) player for us. Lucky to get away with the foul for Taylor's goal, but he just wins so much in the air and has great talent with the ball at his feet, especially for such a tall guy. The trick is sorting out his injury proneness.
