The friend who sent me that noted at the time that the bookies had a City win at 500/1 and wondered if I thought it worth a flutter. I replied that I was waiting until the 5th went in and the odds went to 4 figures... 1 Quote Link to comment
Ray White
The away support can make all the difference this evening. Fulham have the most middle class fans in the country who make zero noise. 1 Quote Link to comment

Top Robin
Sitting in a pub in Fulham.... first pint in front of me.... waiting for me mates.....can't beat that buzzing, pre-match feeling. Footie not just about the game on the pitch.....its the pre match (and after match) socializing and banter which is sometimes better than the game itself. COYR!! 6 Quote Link to comment

It's a very pleasant place to be, picturesque, friendly home fans and right on the river. As I said, the ground isn't all that but it's an away day I would highly recommend. Work commitments allowing, I will head up the M4 this afternoon hoping to see another win for the mighty reds. 1-2, Flint and Bobby. COYR Bloody conference calls! 'It will only take an hour', 3 bastard hours!!!! No Craven cottage for me then. COME ON CITY!! Edited October 31, 2017 by Ska Junkie 1 Quote Link to comment
wendyredredrobin
Saw Flinty's car heading up the M5 on the Avonmouth bridge at 2pm today. What time does the team coach leave or is he not in the squad? Quote Link to comment
YCbrs
Clean sheet tonight, 2-0 City with Djuric to come on and score the second - thank me later when your bets come in Quote Link to comment

Fulham are a good team irrespective of current form Depends on how the game plays out, but for me if we are to be serious top 6 contenders this is the sort of game we have to look to be winning. CliftonCliff
Only been to one game at the Cottage, but it was a good one to remember. Late seventies, living in London at the time, City's promotion season when Alan Dicks's side went up to the old First Division. Can't recall the score, but I distinctly remember Tom Richie scoring and I believe we went on to win convincingly. A repeat tonight would do nicely, 1 Quote Link to comment
OldlandReddies
Their win ratio at home is dreadful. Hoping it stays that way. 4 Points next 2 games will be sweet and keep us on target for top 6. Rather the win comes Saturday but..... Quote Link to comment

wendyredredrobin
One of my first games at the gate must have been 1967 ish. Fulham had just been telegated from the top flight with 3 or 4 aged internationals. Johnny Haynes was one. We thrashed them 4 - 0 that day. If we want to press at the top of the division, we need a win tonight, though a draw would not be a bad result. Prediction 2 - 1 to City. Snakey in the first half and a late goal from Milan. cityexile
Worried we have some key players not quite 100% match fit yet. Be interesting to see the starting line up and will take a battling draw. 1 Quote Link to comment
