Marlborough Red
It's very possible that we could draw with Man Utd in the quarter final. Who would you select to take our penalties , hopefully in front of the South Stand. Needs a cool head to cope with the pressure with a money spinning semi final at stake. My choice , Bobby Reid the first to put pressure on Man Utd then Brownhill, O'Dowda , ,Korey and one of our own Joe Bryan to take the last decisive one ? Lanterne Rouge
Depending on who`s on the pitch, Bobby, Matty, Pato, Joe, COD/Josh B. After that it comes down to cool heads so Bailey, Bakes, Korey I wouldn`t fancy Flinty or Mags for some reason and if Marlon ever goes near another penalty it will be too soon! wendyredredrobin
I would only fancy Flinty, Maggers or Marlon to convert a penalty if we were using the rugby posts.

Marlon has only taken two pens for us, scored one, missed one, the last one being nearly two years ago....bit of an overreaction? Or have I missed something? - which is entirely possible due to extensive Merlot intake!
Meh
Pack so we can see his goal gif - penalty shoot out counts as unlikely to see it any other time. Reid - Baker - Patterson and Taylor
Robin101
When was our last penalty shoot out? I can only remember Middlesbrough FA cup replay ages ago. And I can’t definitively remember if that even went to penalties!!
Ben4BCFC
Reid, Brownhill, Bryan, Pato, Pack in that order for me.
TBW
We'll only need to pick three anyway. Fielding isn't letting any in.

I think that was the last one we were involved in, certainly the last one I saw anyway. Our record in them is pretty awful too - have we ever won one? Lanterne Rouge
TBH I don`t think we`ve been involved in many down the years; Mansfield at Wembley Walsall to choose the venue for the third playoff game Cambridge to choose the venue for the second replay in the FA Cup (not sure about this one but it rings a bell) Boro in the FA Cup Oxford in the Zenith Data Systems Cup or whatever it was called back then I can`t remember any more although there probably have been one or two in the early rounds of the League Cup or the JPT. I don`t think we`ve ever had one at AG or if we have I don`t remember it and I can`t recall us ever winning one.
Robin Goch
Didn’t we win a penalty shootout at Ashton Gate against Bournemouth in the AWS and Billy Mercer was on fire?

You`re right mate. Just checked 11v11 and we did beat them 4-1 on pens after it finished 1-1, January 2000. I honestly don`t remember it so maybe I didn`t go although I was going home and away back then.
Wanderingred
We lost to Everton in a shootout in the league cup, circa 2005ish. Won at QPR and Forest in early rounds of the JPT.
Scolari
The first match I ever went to with my Dad ended in penalties and Bristol City won. It was against Colchester in the League Cup First Round, 1995. Happy days!

It only sticks in my memory really as it was the coldest I’ve ever been at a football match and the absolute worst time for extra time and pens. 22A
This afternoon I put on S4C to watch TNS play Queen of the South in the IrnBru Cup. As the clubs were Welsh & Scottish, the ref came from NI. 0-0 after extra time, so it went to pens. Both sides had their first kick saved and both sides put their second kick wide. Eventually TNS won after their keeper scored one and then saved.
