Yes That was I...still follow the club but now live in S France too..sadly arthritis prevents me posting these days. Just so happens I'm back in blighty for a funeral sadly, of an old friend from over the bridge. Yes I was a very staunch fan of Ribs.. he could easily have made it to the very top had he not suffered that dreadful ACL rupture. I've followed his career with interest. I think he was a much better footballer than many city fans gave him credit for. I remember seeing him play for Wales U21 in the team that contained Ramsey, Collinson, Bale and the like and doing a job on Ballotelli against Italy. I would imagine he's disappointed, but at least he managed a full international cap something 90 % of footballers will never achieve. Sad but life goes on. Nice to see City doing so well with Johnson Junior at the helm. Where I live now its mainly Rugby and lots and lots of Red wine... Happy Days.
