Just go up on the Friday, have your “cracking little weekend” and then travel straight back to Bristol after the game? Leeds away could very likely be a Saturday night away for many City fans - Facebook forum already talking about Leeds Weekend Away. Could get tasty. REDLEE
Typical. Booked hospitality in the Heineken lounge for Fulham on my 40th. Gonna have to get everyone to rearrange holidays, shifts etc now. That's modern football and sky!!!

Northern Red
If we continue to do well then people need to be very wary about making arrangements for away games, as there'll be a chance that more might move.

Andy082005
The real shame is we dont travel well as fans for these live games. The team really needs our support in these games and we will probally take 1/3 of what we would have took had they not been live

Yes. I didn't really think they were doing it to spite us... and to be fair i'm sure Sunday games give the opportunity to a lot of people who can't go Saturday. Admin Ian M Posted January 11, 2018 Admin Report Share Posted January 11, 2018 As the club have already agreed with Sky to play Leeds on the Sunday, we will actually be on Sky twice that day. Similar here. Now not likely to make the Fulham match with the switch to the Wednesday. As a season ticket holder that's just the way it rolls. It does make me wonder how many games I will make or miss next season if we do go up. A season ticket to only make say 10 home games might seem a lot more expensive & frustrating. I have previously been able to secretly blame Rupert Murdoch every time Sky caused the schedules to change (which suited my politics) but I guess since he has sold up, it's now going to be Mickey Mouse's fault when I miss a rearranged game! samo II
My closest away game... now moved to an afternoon I have to head down to London for work! Mr Popodopolous
4.30pm kick off on a Sunday regards the Leeds game is amongst the worst kick off slots! 5.30pm ko on a Saturday can be interesting, good atmosphere at times but 4.30pm kick off on a Sunday is both inconvenient and just generally an atmosphere killer.
