Crouch to Chelsea

This season for Chelsea feels like when Moyes took over at Man Utd, all of a sudden they are interested in average players when really they should be bidding for the best in the world. Drinkwater and possibly Crouch, feels like when United chased Baines and played Wellbeck. All good PL players - but have they forgotten their ambition, or has the money run out and the owner has turned to other shiny toys

Not sure what is more of a surprise, Chelsea allegedly in for the Robot or that Andy Carroll is injured...

Well Chelsea being in for Crouch is very much a surprise, Carrol is always injured. What an odd thing to say.

Normally you quote two things which actually are a surprise. E.g. I don’t know what’s more of a surprise, a Swindon fan with 5 fingers per hand, or Bas Savage joining Barcelona!

Bas Savage is going to Barcelona..?!! Wow!

Fallen through.

Stag weekend. Easy jet booked, checked in online okay, arrived at the Airport with ample time, bag dropped off and boarding card received.

Security was correctly navigated and cheap booze and fags were browsed.

He even managed a couple of pints, a newspaper to read on the plane and find his gate.

Issues occurrd when he got off that little bendy bus that takes you to the plane, he got off it, fell over and as for the rest of the journey.... well, he missed it.

I think you're forgetting that fergies man utd teams over the (very successful) years were littered with very ordinary players. You don't need to pack the team with mega stars... It's more about getting the very best out of players that fit with the mega stars. Something fergie was the master of.
