I thought that concourse was more the rugby concourse, perhaps that's why it isn't as high priority as the SS and Dolman concourses as there isn't as many rugby games and the attendance isn't as high. Well, due to the ground share they have to have something. Given that the Lansdown is rarely full and that there's lots of corporate boxes it makes sense that it's there.
