Exactly.. quite shocked there is even a 'deal' in place for it.. The BBC is absolutely dire for sport and pretty much everything else nowadays anyway, the TV license we are forced to pay in this country is a disgrace IMO. I can see sky or BT being able to offer a lot more financially. It's just that I can't see it being long before someone trumps the BBC offer massively which makes the premier league think again and that will be a sad day. Its all about celebrity , and the celebrities in this instance are being paid more than most of us will make in a life time. Fair enough if it’s on a commercial station.
