It would be the complete opposite of what he has now with a knowledgeable & fairly grounded and realistic fan base. Not saying hhe's a bad manager, but his record is not good and he has no experience of managing a big team like Leeds. Signed a new contract last week and now takes three backroom staff with him. He's done a great job at Barnsley but this is another bizarre decision for Leeds.
