BanburyRed
Superb! First album is an absolute gem, still have it on vinyl somewhere....Interesting to see how they've aged, no Fergal in the piece though - must've really fallen out. I think he`s a big shot in the copyright business, sorting out royalties and the like. He always seems to be talking about when artist`s copyright should expire and things like that. City Rocker
The Undertones are shit. Pish Counts W^nkers Actually, I love them and they were the first band I ever saw, aged just under 14 at the Locarno. Well, technically support band The Chords were the first (I love them as well), it was May 79, Quadrophenia had just come out in the cinemas and mod revivalism was the thing. The Undertones were not interested in all that though, they just made ******* incredible music. John Peel said at the time something along the lines of 'if you don't like the Undertones you must be a cabbage'. Wise words.
