  2. Haha this is funny because he done a poo poo or a wee wee
  3. At first when they had sold the stadium for £26.5m and that appeared to be it, Reading were on my meh list. £6.5m profit, despite Home Counties land value. However that's all changed! They sold the stadium again the following year, albeit rent doubled, but sold for £37.5m and leased it back. They possibly sold the old training ground and they sold some other property. They pocketed £3m in a loan fee for a clearly past his best Aluko- from the owners Chinese club! Could've covered the wages I guess but even so! They were under a soft embargo in summer 2019- and promptly signed Jo

  5. I think pubs and football are two separate events so it's hard to compare. Pubs for one will have a lot less than 1k in them. Secondly, it's not just the outdoors bit but the getting to and from the ground, significant queues outside with testing, will mask be mandatory in view of the pitch- so many loose ends. I also wonder if Middlesbrough's Test event in the circs was the best idea given they were on the cusp and now they have gone into local measures- maybe it was irrelevant. Pubs also SHOULD absolutely be enforcing masks at all times except tables, socially distanced t
  6. My lad is officiating at a tier 2 club in the cup this weekend, they are at home to a tier 3 club, I try to go to the majority of his games, but can’t go to this one myself. Whereas in the last round he was officiating at two tier 2 clubs and it wasn’t a problem for me to go. A totally bizarre situation, that just doesn’t make any sense. On the point of tier 2 fans not being allowed to go to watch their team at a tier 3 clubs ground, that is simply unworkable, and incredibly ridiculous!
  7. I am just not getting sucked in to this mass hysteria .
  8. The little tinkers @redordead1 and @SuperRed never fail to disappoint with their lame interactions on here - instead of constantly responding with pathetic emojis, is there any reason why you can’t put into words why you don’t rate Weimann?! Just a sentence or two, not too difficult? Go on, just tell us why he’s not a good footballer ...
  9. Hahahahaha, I’m ******* howling. Good work @Gert Mare
  10. Probably sniffing a goal post before deciding to piss on it.
  11. I don't know Dave. You've now got me doubting myself. Maybe it's that people such as yourself (and I believe a few others who know him) have posted about his dad before. Maybe some twitter threads have been on here where his dad chats, and I've remembered those as posts on here.
  12. Absolutely ludicrous to compare football clubs saving non-league to hedge fund managers saving each other. Perhaps if every town in the country had its own hedge fund manager, and perhaps if people built lives around watching the hedge fund manager manage his portfolio on a Saturday afternoon, then Dyche would have a relevant comparison. Until then, Dyche is the new village idiot.
  13. Dunno about cutting it but he looks like he could do a half decent job as the heavy roller.
  14. The fact that only 31 wickets fell in 5 days points firmly to the fact that the wicket was also, completely, shite.
  15. Tonight v Chelsea - Nurse starts.
  16. I was trying to cast from the mobile app which doesn’t offer chrome cast. I had already set up the hdmi connection to tv before reading your comment but thanks for this as I will know for future.
  17. No thanks ‘mate’. I don’t think I’m enough of a social media influencer blogger super fan voice of the fans to pull off the slot these two guys normally fill. I’ll just avoid the episodes they’re on and listen happily to the ones they’re not. Big fan of the other OSIButers and the pod in general and I think I’m allowed to have my own tastes and opinions without being called poisonous or have sarcastic remarks thrown my way. All a bit unnecessary.
  18. Pretty sure they're doing laps around a park rather than the usual route, so no need for the normal massive road closures.
  19. New database release with all city players
  20. Hi All, Ignore me, I have found the refund, which was the day before the game As you were......... Ahem!!
  21. Not sure what the difference was, but just been announced that they have been kicked out of the National league and this weekends fixture against Bromley has been cancelled. I had assumed the previous ruling meant that the club was no more, so unsure how they were planning to play this weekend
  22. Then we wear it for the open top bus parade!
  23. A mate of mine is a QPR fan. When Holloway was there a couple of years back, they were slashing costs from their premier league days and he had to lean heavily on the youngsters. Their results weren't great but he did a fantastic job of developing young players. Not just Eze but Lumley and Manning who came through the ranks and I think Shodipo, who he gave a first chance to, plus Osayi-Samuel, Smyth who were signed and played regularly. I get why some fans dislike Holloway's Rovers links but, as a manager who'll trust young players, give them games and help them develop, he really is hard
