Too right. We got thrashed 1-0 away to a team that's only 21 places off the bottom. We've only got a measly 27 games left to close that massive two point gap. Time to throw in the towel. See you all at Cambridge next year ....3 points

A great away win for Yeovil Town, now there's a manager!2 points

No idea whether he was popular or not, most of the players came for the high wages at this level, nothing else. Couldn't care less if they're annoyed either. Bristol City pay their wages and their duty is to the club and the fans to put 100% in every match.2 points

If we can move up a place every game from here to the end of the season, we'll just about avoid relegation from the championship.1 point

Hopefully the board will ask the applicants what posture they assume when on the touchline, as it's obviously crucial.1 point

I reckon I never once noticed what the actual forecast was when Gill Impey was delivering it1 point

If anyone on the board is wondering how fans feel about this club at the moment then this thread speaks volumes. Give us some entrainment on the pitch and some freedom in the stands to create an atmosphere and you will win us over. Yours faithfully, a disgruntled supporter who wants his club back.1 point

Enjoyed Pembertons pre match chat. Sounded upbeat and confident in his own ability. Hinted at a few subtle changes in the way we play. Good luck to him and the team.1 point

I'm hoping that at least one of our managers this season will see that Burns is a better option than Harewood. Having said that, I'd hope they'd see me as a better option than Harewood. Has he hit the target this season?1 point

Holloway for me,ok he was gas,but that was only becouse he was a shite player,if he was nay good he would have played elseware,..hes a good manager and thats what i want at the gate1 point

Picture the picture,Hollowhead standing on the pitch at AG,holding a Bristol City scarf above his head after being named as manager. I'm off to be sick.1 point

Oh but I do understand what it means to support your club and everything you believe it to stand for, its history and heritage. Which is why john ward will always receive a clap from me and I enjoyed his tenure, Holloway is a nasty piece of gas scum who would se the club you love go down the pan with a smile on his face and a beer in his hand. If you dont know or cant see that I would genuinely question what you have been doing in your 55 year reign. I cant believe how quickly people sell out and for go any kind of principles. The bloke openly doesnt like you or your club and if he wasnt a professional footballer would've been escorted past the miners to n sep 4th calling you a ******.1 point

Relegation not failure? of course it is. That is just an excuse peddled out. Notice Swansea stayed up and have improved, enabling them to up their budget. It is about being aware of tactics, which he isn't, going hell for leather is all well and good, but they lost so many points from winning positions because of bad decisions from the boss. Relegation is failure, no matter how you want to dress it up.1 point

If Holloway was appointed, I would wish the club every success, but would not pay to watch them during his tenure. If city went on to conquer Europe, it would makeme immensely proud but I detest the bloke, his history and what he stands. Growing up following city nIn the 80s the rivalry meant to much to me and maybe that his lost on some of our younger or more vanilla fans. Its a principle I will stick too and I would be letting myself down if I attended a game with him in charge.I choose to draw the line there and would be a coward to cross. I vehemently despise Bristol Rovers and despise Ian Holloway.1 point

Do you have the same take on Gengis Ghan, Hitler, Mao........ You weren't born when they inflicted their regimes on people. Plenty of us were born and witnessed the sag ******* goading and insulting us, I would be totally shocked if he even considered managing us, should the board be stupid enough to offer him the position.1 point

It's all about results. I couldn't care less about the personality of who gets it. I just want results and progress. Too many City fans worry about personalities.1 point
