Earlier today there were posts highlighting the good support for our club, yet after the disgusting attacks on SC today, it makes you wonder what the mental state is of some of our fans. I hope they are choking on their humble pie, while they get to grips with the baics, ie, that a game lasts for 90 minutes. By all means, gob off after the game if we lose, but while we still have minutes on the clock then SUPPORT your team! Frigging morons! On a lighter note, three points!!!! Yessss!!!! Rovers lost! Yessss!!!! And a mention for Ross McCormack, who backed his principles with positive action.2 points

Just read the match thread. Notable for you making embarrassing critical comments throughout in your self appointed position as on the spot match reporter. And by the look of the responses how easily the rabble are roused.... Yes, City were poor in the first half, but the right substitutions were made at half time and the team fought themselves back into the game from a very difficult h/t situation. Now you can't even eat humble pie and give a bit of credit for a great comeback by City under extremely difficult swirling conditions. Well done Marv. and Wes, and well done SC for having the balls to make the early subs., the sort of positive change we wouldn't have seen under SO'D. And in the end the Carlisle fans won't 'feel robbed' at all, City's 2nd half performance deserved the points.1 point

intelligence has never been a pre-requisite to play, coach or manage a football team?, some people claimed that SOD was intelligent but far more thought of him as miserable bumbling buffoon.1 point

Marv is the only player on the pitch who was here in the good times. He wants them back...1 point

Win ugly, play crap - I couldn't care as long as we get 3 pts and start to climb out of this mess1 point

Can't see JET staying on much longer. Seems SOD got the best of him. Shadow of his former self.1 point

Clearly this lot are being paid too much to lose games. Renew contracts with big win bonuses and lower salaries might make them want to run about a bit more and put some effort in.1 point

This is worse than post 1982.. back then we tumbled because we went bust this time we are p---ing cash away with utterly shite decisions on players and gaffers like the board are enjoying it. Back then the youngsters came in and we had fight in our veins and we had, by and large, gaffers who knew what they were doing. In short, since I first went to see City play Coventry and wack em 5-0 in the old First Division this IS, without doubt, the worst time to be a City fan.. and by a country mile.1 point

Most of us have eaten Humble Pie in our time but this board are incapable of tasting it my friend. A late push for the play offs and we could have a local derby at the New Lawn next season.1 point

Yes. The reason I say that is because results under SOD were crap but they always tried and there always appeared to be a team formation that was improving. We are going backwards so fast it's painful1 point

El abd has proved to be a terrible bit of business. Thought Osborne, Williams and flint were starting to look promising. We were crying out for someone to out there foot in in the middle of the park, and we get a keeper (so we now have about 10), a target man who we don't play, an old probably past it centre back, and a wide midfielder who was good in 2004. Well done Cotterill and the board. I look forward to Mansfield, Newport and dagenham next season.1 point

Shame on the players you would of thought being where we are they would get stuck in. You would think they go out and really get in their faces. NO none of them give a shit if we go down they will just bugger off to another club. Hope we turn this around but I have already accepted we will be going down.1 point

he's just checking that the board really did give him a 3 and a half year contract. I expect he's rocking with laughter inside.1 point

If we don't turn this around today then I think the club has finally scraped the bottom of the barrel of hope. Shit players with a shit, lacklustre "woe is me" demeanor. They really are talentless no-hopers. And if SC can't sort them out then I can't see what we're paying him for.1 point

Probably someone who once played for SC, although he's not up to speed with his performances and hasn't seen him play for a while.1 point
