  1. Why is the pitch outside the stadium?

  2. Yes, yes....it all becomes clear now. Its all Steve Lansdowns fault. Nothing to do with their owners at all. As part of his evil plans to stop the Gas he's even been advising the UWE not to sell the land to Rovers in an attempt to scupper the whole deal, allowing him to build a stadium himself. **** me Ridiculous Gas idiots.

  3. Here's what will happen.. SL builds and pays for the UWE and leases it to BCFC Women. Dwane Sports sell The Mem to SL, repays their own loans, pocket the rest and say goodbye.' SL moves the Rugby club back to their righful home and the pikeys **** off and die.

  4. Rovers have been allocated the whole stadium for their visit to Bury. So as to embrace the local customs, respectful bunch that they are, around 70% of them will wear Bury replica shirts and/or partake in popular Bury related chants during the game. It's definitely true, just watch the highlights on TV and you'll see them. Disclaimer: In the event of any trouble, there will have been a proportion of 'Teds who infiltrated the crowd. It's never them, ever!

  6. Just been reading that thread, taking the piss out of Lansdown now about wasting his money etc Imagine having an owner who actually puts his money where his mouth is, perhaps they should look closer to home before taking the piss out of SL. Wally, the world's poorest billionaire.

  7. They count the year spent outside of the league and multiply by Wally's claimed wealth in conch shells to get that stat I believe.

  8. I think most of their supporters are so thick they deserve to have to watch matches from inside a stupid looking tent whilst opposition fans point and laugh at them.

  9. It's moved on, we're moving to a 40,000 stadium at UWE along with Bris. Suppose the deluded ones think they'll then buy AG for £35 (if they can get a loan)

  10. Could someone explain this to me? It has so many flaws I can't even start. Who would own the pikeys for a start? By this post, are they really advocating being homeless and penniless again? 'Here's an option. SL builds and pays for the UWE and leases it to BRFC. Dwane Sports sell The Mem, repays their own loans, pocket the rest and say goodbye.'

  11. According to #gaslogic the powers that be at the UWE are sitting in a darkened room self-flagellating themselves over being so stupid as to lose the greatest partnership deal in the history of higher education due to them not allowing Wally to do things his way.

  18. Don't be daft, I think you meant to say, "they've been given the whole of Bury" for the weekend.

  19. Next up, another massive fixture, Bury away. For our younger viewers, Bury play at Gigg Lane which was named after Ryan Gigg the Man Utd. leg end. He had a sweet left foot and a roaming trouser snake. Thousands locked out again no doubt

  20. So that note that was scribbled down and handed over, reading "I.O.U. Enough dosh to be the 6th richest club in the country and build a new stadium, Cheers, Wally" isn't water tight...?!

  21. In fairness to Stoneman that was a cracker of a ball.

  22. EP won't dig and discredit the family club, seeing as it's part of their family. It's all kept quiet and in house when it comes to BRFC. If this were BCFC, could you imagine the calls for heads to roll, public debates organised and attended to by EP, Radio Bristol, MPs, local councillors, supporters groups, plus anyone opposed to it at the outset if they were brave enough to attend?

  23. This nearly crept off the first page, can't have that, does anyone know why the UWE deal fell through? Our local media should be all over this, it seems to be the usual cloak of darkness when it comes to any thing to do with Rovers

  24. I agree with you 100%. However I can imagine the gas trying it on. I'll leave it to you to then visualise how things would pan out in the following years.
