Here is a joke one that I made https://instaud.io/1iNY The whole of Mikes call https://instaud.io/1iO0 And another one with Holloway's 1990 speech at the end....makes more sense now than it did back then. https://instaud.io/1iO2 You can download and enjoy.... Will try and find a way to get the whole shows uploaded. I might have to break them down when I have a bit more time, either later this evening or tomorrow. And a bonus video..... http://sendvid.com/l6789ifk My

  7. Time to give the Gas some credit When Wael took over gasheads told us how big they were going to be!! Well just goes to show how right they were This weekend the mighty gas had a bigger crowd than Barcelona !!!! They are coming for us

  11. So, in one picture of a small part of their stadium we have a converted shipping container and garden shed, some larch lap garden fence panels and a car port. Watch out, they're coming for us! Tinpot just doesn't adequately describe it.

  12. Won't be there for long if the predicted high winds hit this area, Look at the size of the goal - its twice the size of that "stand" - have they no shame? So when the opposing fans now "take their end" - they can literally carry it away .................... and chuck it into the nearest dustbin (oh sorry - that's where it is already!).

  13. They would have turned it straight off and put their foot through the TV whilst shouting "Shithead *****" I would expect.....

  14. I think they actually go out of their way to be as "tinpot" as possible, they actively embrace the ragbag Rovers idea

  16. Just chatting to a sag season ticket holder. He said rovers payed 600k for Nichols. I said it's not like rovers to add numbers on . He said what you on about. Seriously.

  20. This Aldershot ?? A mate was into photography and happened to have his camera. We were in the corner you can see, we were told it was Pompey (their game was off) came in the back of the stand throwing scolding hot tea at those there and steaming in. Then some of our lot from the open end joined , regrouped and ... this. The one above is a new scan, I even managed to pick myself out.

  24. At last the real reason Wael bought rovers. Next year the gap can get a student loan, and you don't have to pay it back until your earning £24,500 a year. Free money.

  27. Nonsense! Haven't you heard, they are about to become the Wolves feeder club! With ambition like that, I for one fear for the future. http://gasheads.org/thread/6790/chinese-takeaway-mem

  31. So a little smoking hut alongside a garden shed and just across from the overlap garden fence. Did Wael get a B&Q voucher for his birthday?

  33. I'd love to have been a fly on the wall in Rovers' fans tents last night, if they were watching channel 5, with their gushing praise of us! I wonder if many sags watch the Championship programme to compare sprinkler systems, or they avoid it like the plague and just tune in for the lower league goal rush.

  34. in the Room 101 feature on page 38 of todays The Rugby Paper the Bristol lock forward Joe Joyce lists his 3 pet hates , number 2 Bristol Rovers fans who spend more time moaning about City than they do talking about their own team on radio phone ins . Few I suspect will disagree .

  35. What happens when one of plastic patio chairs gets broken or lost...? If they ever got discontinued they'd end up with a mismatched set and have to start all over again....unless they go robbing from patios in the local area? After all, they don't own anything!

  36. Be fair. There is a very sound reason for their 'massive' away following, compared to home gates. If you were a Sag supporter, wouldn't you prefer to go to 23 other much better stadiums, to watch your team, rather than going to The Sh!%hole every other week?

  37. When the gasheads I know start saying they get better away followings than us I just cut them off with "we took 18k to our last home game...how many did you manage?" They've got a great range of blank and baffled looks as they try to compute that one...

  48. Lots of things used to be acceptable, or they way things were, until the world progressed & moved on. Racist chanting. Standing in the rain on uncovered terraces. Eating from not fit for purpose catering outlets. Setting transfer records 20 years ago. Do you see some kind of pattern emerging here..?

  49. That Bournemouth away day was mental, far too much cider consumed and my mate got arrested, detained and convicted. Personally I never ever got involved in any of the violence myself, nor did I want to, but it was thrilling to be there and watch it all going off at close quarters, as it so often did back then. I think most fans felt the same at the time, whether or not they would care to admit it now. Thankfully it's all largely in the past, the world is a different place and I imagine most of us are glad about that. But it happened, they were lively times, and I don't see any problem wit
