  1. Rovers fans taking up their usual position...in the shadows, sneering at their bigger, better neighbours. Never reached a major cup semi final themselves, I’ve a feeling they’ll enjoy tonight but we’ve done ourselves proud. Nearly 8k City fans there tonight and another full house back at AG for the 2nd leg no matter what the score. Superb support again and fantastic stuff from our club, staff and players. My kids will remember being part of the crowd for that Man Utd victory forever, their kids will remember watching it on telly and Daddy throwing a wobbly when Smith scored the winner in the 93rd minute. Thank God I’m red.

  4. Wael has spoken of having had similar experiences with his Dad at Chelsea. But your words are said with a much deeper sincerity.

  5. I was merely stating my opinion of why they needed to close. Nothing against the woman, but the fact was that she was stealing from the club to fund her addiction. It just happened to Rovers who are skint anyway and obviously can't afford to lose that sort of money and continue running the supporters club shop. Absolutely hope that the lady can sort out her gambling issues. Addiction is immensely destructive.

  7. This is so so true. It's like going on the most amazing world holiday but you break your ankle on the last day. Would you then forget about the holiday because you broke your ankle, like **** would you. It could happen again this season and we get to the playoffs, get to the final, and lose again. Then the SAGS will have another hero to worship as they have nothing going on at their tinpot club to worship, (they never will) so they have to worship our failures just to have some happiness in their sad, bitter, jealous, unfulfilling lives, bless their little cotton socks watching Matty Taylor putting in that cross for Korey when they were watching hoping we got smashed. - Still going to watch on Tuesday bellends when we have just as much fans in the away end that you get in your dump all in If we lose 1 nil or 8 nil who cares, the inner rage, high blood pressure, and reds faces that the SAGS have makes us playing Man City all the more enjoyable than it is already. The thing is, if you've had a boil on your arse for the last 17 years, even if you have it cut off, you'll always have the scar. The way things are going it looks like the boil will be there for may years to come. Mind the gap especially if that's where your boil is located.
