  2. So Dad, I know you and Mum are from Glasgow, but we are Rovers fans, so do you think I am more Scottish than a Rovers fan? Why do you want to know son? Well, there is a boy in school selling a bike for £50, and I don’t know whether to try and knock him down to £25 or just steal it.

  13. I think you are correct, but it’s not really the same .....Dean joined us and played a few games before his tragic demise....so there was never a doubt that we would have paid the transfer fee. Both dreadfully sad cases though, very upsetting stuff....

  20. Some Gasheads are always thinking of the children..!

  21. The quicker Bristol Rovers are put out of their misery the better, imagine future generations of children no longer being forced to attend that poor excuse of a ground by sad act bitter gasheads, who's only moment of solace is when the club they hate has it's defeat relayed to the Mems scoreboard. In the modern era no child should have to suffer the fate of abject failure year on year when there is a far happier place to go within striking distance. So come on gasheads think of the children! You know it make sense.

  22. No lager or cider on sale at the Mem clearly. Just very, very bitter bitter. And wine made with the sourest of grapes. Hilarious!

  23. If a club is having their position demoted from a promotion spot as a punishment then, IMO, it should be out of all contention. Be utterly pointless to drop them into the playoffs- if they were top 2 then they know they should be the best side in the playoffs. That doesn't guarantee them winning it, but if they win the playoffs then literally no punishment has been metered out- the club gets more revenue from the matches, televised and gate receipts. It's only the fans who suffer there by having to shell out for 3 more games.
