How much money can we invest in the squad?

Given that we agreed to buy Diony for what was reported to be north of 6 million, then that money would have been budgeted for and presumably therefore still now available given that we are not pursuing this deal any longer. We usually spend pretty well in the Summer and think we will again. Should we sell the likes of Bryan then that will merely increase our transfer kitty.

Yes @Spoonbedand @BS2 Redit was Highcroft back in my day. Was there in the late 70s, early 80s. I remember Mrs Nicholls who was really good and maybe a Mrs Hall but my memory is not what it was.

I live in Frampton Cotterell and have done all my life just to add to the numbers listed on here. Would echo the thoughts of @Masala and @winterbournered that anywhere around FC, Coalpit Heath and Winterbourne are all lovely areas to live in with decent pubs and food outlets. The schools too, Manor & Watermore and then the Ridings International Academy are excellent. With the ring road, which takes you onto the M32 you can be in town in under 20 minutes traffic permitting. However, without being rude, I am unsure if your budget will get you a 4 bed detached house in those areas but I have taken my eye off the market in recent times. Good luck with it.

    Where's Dolly

Here I am. Very rarely post on here but have the old melt down about City on twitter under @mertbrown I doubt if Dolly would be into me if I wasn't City though, ST in the Dolman stand and have been for near on 30 years. That's about it really.

    Feed the Goat

Spot on mate. It was entirely down to me that we signed him (ish). Met him pre season just after he had signed to bring this to his attention. He was eating a pasty at the time, I was covered in it post conversation but that was fine.

Rob, if that is my only fault, I will take it. Luckily we eat Pizza's these days and of course space raiders so your walkway will always be clear of cucumber going forward. Big Tone. Trust me, I am not a Gashead. Never have been, never will be.
