  1. Take it game by game. If Swansea lose vs Leeds it’s going to make it very interesting
  2. Got an eye for a good player, some good names here. Also signed Maenpaa back in the day and got Kane on loan from spurs with his contacts, good little site this for getting a feel for what sort of style player a manager goes for https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/chris-hughton/spielertransfers/trainer/2654/plus/0/galerie/0?station_id=102488
  3. Reading some of the posts that was what I was thinking when posting the question .... developing neglected players from the league below, creating a clear identity & culture for players to express themselves yet stay within the plan. What Pat achieved with Connacht was outstanding, but he has literally installed the same principles at Bristol... it's exactly what SL asked him to do (& I think the reason Pat decided to join aside from the money if I remember reading that).... it's crystal clear what the strategy is and everyone buys into it. I guess Ranieri at Leicester is the recent fo
  4. Realisitcally. if Steve Lansdown were to go for the football equivalent of Lam one day, who would it be?
  5. Yeah I hear you, I’m probably the only person thinking that. I remember hearing a story about a fan hiding in a players house that wanted an autograph but hid in a cupboard for hours!
  6. Wow you could watch that and literally stalk the guy. A stranger can watch that and know exactly where he lives, his room layout, what time he goes to work, where he eats etc. Enjoyed it though but can’t help but they should give that some thought, some nutters out there
  7. Isn’t that Cardiff?! Almost quicker to drive if they had to circle to land it
  8. It’s the whole #visitbarrybannan or whatever the hashtag / @ is ... you see it quite a bit on Instagram when someone has been paid to go somewhere, tourist boards like visit Wales, USA etc have marketing budgets to promote their areas and spend fair amounts. Maybe the handles are the same but seems weird they would put paid promotion on the post without it. Not the most exciting conversation  sorry
  9. Anybody else seen ‘paid promotion’ In some of the posts whilst out in the US? If they’ve had all / part paid of the trip tip of the hat to whoever sorted that.
  10. Grasping at straws but KP put three o’s in soon and 3 smiley emojis. One for each of them?
  11. Make a deal...change the crest if there's a change of manager
  12. Owners made the signings according to Nixon on Twitter
  13. Didn’t someone post the other day there was interest in him before LJ?
