I wanted to look positive but we were a league one team today.

Guys, let's forget about this game. It made me feel empty also... The team was looking decent, we can get through this season. We missed a few key players also. Let's be positive !

Horrible game. I was pretty positive after the first half. But oh my god... I wish I didn't look at the second half. I don't blame the team but horrible game to watch, that 50-50 penalty and this ******* deflection. The game had to be a draw, no team deserved to win but Hull had their luck. Starting with a win away could be great but even so, the season is just starting. We can do better, we can win games. I don't know where can we be but for sure we can finish better than last season, we need Baker and Semenyo.

Hi again, for the haters. I am still a City fan despite the hate that plenty of you put into your posts a few months back. I am quite informed even if I was inactive, so I can tell my opinion. I think the newcomers are pretty good. The financial aspect is bad but our staff managed to do some business. Hope that we can get a few more faces in. Keeping Semenyo and hopefully Massengo, maybe Kalas also, will put us in a good position. The coaches are working together for more than one year now. I think Nigel work will look much better this season, he knows the team better and he does what he has to do. We have chances for top half finish with a good atmosfere in the dressing room, and with some luck you never know. Worse teams managed to get top 6 last seasons... Barnsley, Luton.. I am pretty positive about the start and I m not afraid of relegation anymore.

Since Tammy or Reid I don't remember any striker with more than 15 goals in a season ( in our team ). The things may changed a bit since I stopped and the attack got better. But the build up play and attacking no sense of throwing everything to Martin made me sick and I had to stop my subscription for the live games. I see some people dont't understand a post like this. Maybe they are used to be a bottom team forever but not everyone has that mentality. I usually like my team to be a competitive one and have decent results, the position in the table is a dissapointment for me and for others also. P.S. Hey guys, Introduction: I am back after a period without the forum. I felt to take a break from City games, posts and news but I saw once in a while the League Table. The season is over ( i know we still have to play 2 boring and useless games ) and if you ask me this was one of the most boring seasons in the last years. We really played like a bottom half team and we were never a real threat to our opponents. Boring football, not good in attack neither in the defense. I think our defence was worse only when we relegated from Championship on 2013 if i remember well. Next season: What do you think about the next season ? Personally I think that we have to be happy if the season will end the same as this, I don't see any possible improvments with the situation. The board was an absolute mess for the past years and now we are in this horrbile shi*. Financial aspects: What is our financial situation ? You are much closer than I am. Are we going to be deducted next season ? Other teams: How can Luton town qualify for a playoff and we couldn't ? How can Notthingham Forrest build a better team that fast when they were fighting for relgation lately ? Thanks , Mihai

Yea, I did now. i don't know his voice at all but seems pretty bad. She doesn't look too scared though, but I let the profesionals decide what is this. It may be true it may be not. With these editing skills and the "brain" of the actual generation, I don't find it hard at all to be all fake so she can get more attention and money. We won't go down so 2 points won't matter that much. But in the perspective of playing nice football and Massengo and Semenyo being more than great today, I feel sad. I feel sad for the poor Massengo and Semenyo who ran 2 times more than other players today, doing defensive duties and attack duties in an instant. We had a good game overall, second half we let them too much to play around our box and we gave up possesion but Pring should have go into the corner with the ball. He made our players push for an attack and that created spaces for them and our deffence was caught off guard due to that thing. It is a kinda fair result, I think we deserved a bit more to win than our opponents but I am pleased with the way City played. We need to build a team for our future, some points this season doesn't matter, personally I think about our next season more. But even so, it was a frustrating goal to watch and felt a bit unfair because we tried to score the 3rd one not to waste time. COYR !

The best First Half in one year probably. And we may had 2-0 adv at half time last year but the confidence and the positivity is at a huge level. 1. Klose, he is an example of how to come at a competitive level after 8 months without a club and go straight into the team ( pretty smart player even if he is not a fast one ) 2. Semenyo like I said lately, becomes better and better. He had literally 0 mistakes this half and usually he had ONLY mistakes a few months back. Full credit to him, strong, fast, and good passes. 3. Massengo. I love how agressive he is and his great balance. He needs indeed to play alongside a stronger CM but even so, he workes great in our team. The heart of City for sure. 4. Scott - He will be a massive player for sure, he looks very confident also. 5. Dasilva, not on his right side but he looked pretty good and I know his form from a few years back, he may get it again and shine. 6. Kalas ( one of the best CB in this league ) he is very dominant. I liked the press, the confidence and the way of build-up without long passes. Martin may be a great scorrer at times but except that 18 yard box he can't do much. We can improve with a better striker and another defensive midfielder for sure. We may lose this half who knows. But the first half showed that we have got some quality. The morale is or was down, but a lot of our players can play at this level .We just throw things at them after every bad game and clearly that doesn't help. We have better players than Preston and other teams above us. Everything is about confidence.

Lately, our team had some chances even if it is still pretty bad inside the box, that Semenyo started to boost his confidence a lot and looks better game by game. I never trusted him to be honest, but I hope he continues to prove that I was wrong.

I wanted to bet also so knowing the Line-Up would help a bit but i went on both team to score, which I think will happen.

Ohh... Jesus. I watched now so that 8 comes from a thousand and the tree zeros are making it a six zeros number. It is perfectly logical but above "Fee" it sais Contract and I misunderstood. This makes a lot of sense. He has a top league as he is indeed a top league CB. I belive then we have that Wells at around 20k per week but he doesn't even worth 5k per week. He is even worse than Semenyo. I am sorry for my mistake, I was totally shocked to think that our top earner have 8k per week...I mean we have bigger salaries in Liga 1 from Romania... I know Championship as one of the richest leagues when we talk about salaries. It should be in top 10, top 15 for sure, above leagues as Portugal, Romania, Belgium and so on... Thanks, my friend !

I mean, from that picture i see only Kalas going to 8k per week which is the salary of the 3rd goalkeeper choice at Newcastle probably. I think a lot of clubs are paying a lot better than we do (i am talking about championship football). I know there are even worse salaries at other clubs but good proven championship players won't come here for 6k per week. They will come here if other clubs won't pay them more...and some clubs can do that.

Based on this crysis no. But I assume these were the average salaries even 2 years ago. Why the hell clubs in Championship are transfering players for millions when they pay them like shit. The football is done, only the rich clubs can acheive something and we are not and we weren't before one of these clubs. I don't want to be a negative post but I never knew the salaries of our footballers. Now that I know them, I also know that we can't ever keep our best players and that we will never sign a proven top player because we are not attractive enough. Let's hope this will change in 5-10 years and that we will enjoy many more Championship seasons in the future until we can step up.

That are the weekly wages of our players ? Damn... now I know why no clubs came to us. That are shitty salaries except a few. How in the hell we wanted to sign Dwight Gayle a few years ago cause we couldn't affor not even half of his wage.

We need to get rid of palmer which doesn't play and that Simpson also... At least we can loan with 100% payment some other players for 6 months.

Be glad that we won and we are 10 points clear of that place that would ruin our Christmas. I will take a few wins like that. This season is about surviving and maybe making a few boundaries in our team to prepare for the next.

We need to keep it up. To fight for the badge and with ugly or nice style..that doesn't matter when it is a crisis like this. I assume we won't get relegated but not very safe also. The staff had to get players that can make us better and get rid of the likes of Wells, Semenyo and the two midfielders that signed this season. I mean the two from the former Leicester team. It will take some time to be competitive but think about it. Barsnely hit the top 6 with their poor team...so if the key players are good and the morale is high we can do some great things with time.
