He’s not going to go but just a little dream: he does and we take a punt on Hughton/Warnock until the end of the season. Just see if a new manager bounce would see us into the play offs. If not, start afresh in the summer. *WAKES UP* LJ does typical interview: “It was tight, the ref missed one, we didn’t take our chances, individual mistakes cost us, the players have to look at themselves”. BLEURGH
It probably is, given the current situation, but what does it mean? IMHO, the club with (rightly) but working towards solutions with LJ in rather than out of the picture. Especially so considering the new contract he signed last year and the way the club has moved through these poor runs in the last four years.
Cringeworthy interview blaming his players and throwing up cliches. For a manager who put this group together he sure has a lot of negativity for certain individuals. His attempts to talk smart also come across as a bit desperate but also somehow smug. Ugh. Anyway, onwards and upwa... well, onwards at least. CTID.
