  1. What a fine goalkeeper we have. Much like a good referee I find myself not really noticing him which is a good sign and he has made some excellent saves. Calm, good distribution and commands his area well - great start to his career here in my view and one of the main reasons we’ve been unbeaten since day 1.
  2. Can’t wait for this! Looking forward to seeing some new faces
  3. I cannot stand Nick Knight! ‘Good catch, in the end’ ‘Good shot, in the end’ ‘Good drinks break, in the end’ Aghhhhhhh!!
  4. Tomorrow night if anyone is interested https://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/stacey-returns-to-bs3-for-book-launch/
  5. Yep, another pathetic batting effort. Australia are going to have 80 run first innings lead I reckon and if so that will be that!
  6. Yep get him in, he bowled 19 overs v Glos seconds, scored a century and 4 overs in T20 week before that. I’m predicting he’ll be on the honours board by the end of the test!
  7. I think we should play both Archer and Curran and drop Denly, stick Stokes at 4
  8. We’d need something more, I’d be very worried if not. Both Baker and Wright could do a good job as cover but wouldn’t trust either of them to play week in week out.
  9. Didn’t he score a hat trick too?! Someone did in their defence I’m sure
  10. It would ultimately be for magistrate / judge as appropriate to decide whether one gets granted at sentencing hearing once someone’s convicted. If someone pleads guilty at first opportunity for example then they might adjourn for pre-sentence reports to be completed on the individual if appropriate at which point the CPS may apply for / recommend a banning order as part of the sentence (following consultation with officer dealing with case / football liaison officer I imagine). If a case is likely to be guilty plea at first hearing then a football banning order application may be part of the file sent to court already - may be wrong about that through.
  11. We’re making Big Colin look like Glenn McGrath!
