Yeah every time GDC are on a line up I say to myself I'll see someone else for a change, then end up at the front for their entire set! Caravan Palace were the closing set at Boomtown 2013(ish) and their live show with loads of fireworks on the town centre was quite an experience. Haven't been to Boomtown for a good few years now, am definitely considering it for next year though.
