    Liverpool v Leicester

Yes I’ve heard of both of those words thanks. My opinion on the actions isn’t relevant but assuming it’s legal, and I don’t claim to know, then can’t see the problem. It could have quite easily hindered them as helped. I was just asking you to evidence that it’s cheating. Guess you can’t. No worries.

How can you call it cheating when you don't know the rules? Cheating isn't a matter of opinion. Maybe you should provide evidence that it's against the rules? Crazy idea I know.

    Andy Murray

    What did he say??
  4. Paul Turnip

Prove that the same people said both.

Wow! How patronising is that!! Why not explain your point like a normal person. It's quite sad that you link intelligence with time on the forum/number of posts. Especially as the evidence in your case proves the exact opposite.

Can anyone make a case for sticking with LJ

Were you happy with the performance at Wigan?

    Sorry Red Army..... quote fail

Sure, well said and I understand that. I guess I was replying specifically to a largely unhelpful comment in my opinion. Your point that there are many different attitudes is of course true. Just think they should be specifically discussed rather than generalising. You’re right, it’s a difficult subject and it should be talked about.

No you didn't say that - just some of them eh? But then isn't that the same in society in general? You can't see that you're pre-judging people based on there age and skin colour? It's throw away generalisations like this that are the problem. Why not just challenge individuals or the view itself.
  10. No one is demeaning the Police from what I've read. In fact anyone that has commented on them generally has said they respect the job the majority do. As do I. You are replying as if any critical comment means we are condemning the whole force, which we clearly are not. It's not black and white. In fact, the complaints are very specific. Do you not think they should be investigated when complaints are made? If not, why not? Saying "because most of them are fine", is not a vaild answer.

Niki Mäenpää - Now Officially Signed (Merged)

Hang on, there's no evidence that we did, there's no evidence we didn't. Which by your comment above means you admit you just don't know, yes? But you said..... "regardless of the source it wasn't true". That's you making something up. Or speculating wildly at least I would say.

Yeah that's fair enough. Tbh I was just responding to how I read that one particular post - meaning we can't group our supporters one minute and seperate them the next. Just to be clear wasn't accusing you of not letting people have differenet opinions - it just seemed to conflict the point you were making - appreciate the context may have been lost!! But, yes agree, an opinion is one thing, and when it can be substantiated with reason then I think most will respect it even if they disagree - but working backwards from an agenda is dishonest and I agree it seems to happen all too often on here. Also, I think the "moaner" v "happy clapper" situation creates a picture of fan division. I think these extremes are the minority tbh and most of us can see that the reality lies somewhere in the midde. I hope so anyway!
