  1. Stuff from his time in north west, and myriad of other things from people who were there. Nah mate, it'd make me a hypocrite to stay supporting if he became our boss.
  2. No, for a myriad of reasons. If he were to ever, I'd have to find a new team to support.
  3. Apropos nothing I am under the understanding from a few Wendies that Carlos would love to come back to the UK. Whether that translates into anything who knows. Cannavaro would be interesting, done well in China, see what can offer here?
  4. Happy that he's gone Toxic to both parties and that was clear He will get another job. We now have a great opportunity to push on. Hopefully it won't be a false dawn, again.
  5. It's a rare thing that I call for managers to go, However I said before that I didnt want streak number 24 million to occur, yet here we are, again Totally devoid of ideas We have the players, this time unlike Del/Sod etc and theoretically could be amongst the promotion contenders Yet our manager has no clue how to manage them and as a result they all look petrified. It's almost a rerun of his dad's end where the players didnt know what the hell they were doing. Thanks for the work Lee, but its now toxic as hell, please leave Hope you do well in your future endeavours
  6. Wowsers arent we tosh.. I'm bloody ill, but this is soul destroyingly bad Baker and Wells maybe shining lights Sorry Korey your time is up.
  7. BIB, we have? Never felt that in anyway shape or form tbh As for the defence stuff. We actually have a great defence, legitimately! Most effectively proven Prem or Champs defenders and internationals. What we do not have is and never have had since Little/Ayling and before that Shaun Taylor esque stuff is any cohesivity in the defence. It some times that the players are playing in phases and to instructions and not each other as a team this is most glaring when one mistake is made and we fall apart. See Wickham's Free Header on Sun, or a myriad of other things.
  8. Gotta go no wins in 7 for the billionth time. Bah bye Au Revoir
  9. Any one City Player can be at the same time both saviour and scapegoat. Call it Ashton Gate's Cat
  10. Clearly watching a different Skuse, but hey, ya know, footballing opinions, everyone has them. Your post then goes one about not scapegoating, the then er scapegoating him because he doesnt meet 'your standards' whatever yardstick that is. Stats wise probably okay tbh but I',m not looking from a Moneyball perspective and looking elsewhere. Call it gut feeling if you will. The boiling down of players to numbers/ robots is everything wrong with the modern game and is basically killing any passion for it. However that's what it is. I think he is class, because of the way he ca
  11. Thanks for adding to the debate. Sorry that I'm also have a very long history on here about being very rarely wrong with players. I'll start with Reid, and perhaps try watching rather than willing something to be true as you want a scapegoat
  12. Agreed Bentley has become scapegoat city as the fans get cautious. yes, he was bobbins, but look at the rest of his game.
  13. I worry for our future, if people are trying to rip HNM apart. Clearly not seen the nuances in his game. Making a nuisance and playing simple balls to keep or gain possession His control, positioning and harrying is usually other worldly We've been crying out for this type of player since Skuse, really. Now, he had a crap game yesterday, sure. Players do that, they aren't robots. However the knee jerk is something else. Feel sorry for those that watch the game with blinkers on
