  1. I would imagine some will be desperate to get back, personally can’t wait. Time will obviously tell but there has been masses of doom and gloom regarding football’s future. This time last year I was constantly reading about 20/30 English league clubs going under and disappearing for good because of COVID, and to date none have.
  2. Which would be great if they ever did deal with it. Unfortunately most of the time a large proportion of matches are taken up by time wasting. Referee’s are conned by it over and over again.
  3. Maybe next time then he should politely ask him for the ball back, I am sure that would work.
  4. At least he is showing a bit of bloody fight. Cantwell crude foul, then refuses to give the ball back and gets the same punishment as Palmer who was trying to get the game restarted. Makes sense...
  5. Not really sure why people get so concerned over this? A lot may criticise some of his football decisions but as a businessman I don’t think anyone here can criticise. Looking at some other clubs and their owners, I think we are laughing. As long as he is in charge I won’t get too concerned over the club’s finances. I would leave it to SL.
  6. They will probably all be locked outside.
  7. Watched in the Hanover Arms in The Oval South London which was my local at the time. Remember leaping round the pub much to the bemusement of the other drinkers
  8. So have I, looks like they might have made separate payments for each season ticket.
  9. Just had £2.39 returned to my card! Is there an e-mail address that I could have to find out what it is for? It is obviously quite a bit short of previous refunds.
  10. I went to Wingate & Finchley many times, used to live in Granville Place!! Was there many there? Used to get really small crowds?
  11. Went to Plymouth Parkway today with Bridgwater Town, my local team. Lost 4-1 but still a good day. Love watching City but something really good about watching non-league. Very little diving, cheating and time wasting which is great to see.
