  1. Funny how people are so judgemental. I left on the 97th minute. Am I happy? No however, fellow reds, before you judge that decision and snigger at me you need to understand the bigger picture. It takes me nearly two hours to get to games. It costs £25 in petrol and £10 to park on someone's drive. It then takes 90 minutes to get home if I leave just before the final whistle or 2and a half hours if I wait til the end. I have a season ticket so that is multiplied by 23. Now, before you question my commitment to the cause, compare it with your own.
  2. I have a code. Pm me if you want it.
  3. I got as far as paying and then it wouldn't let me telling me I was expired. Tried three times with no luck. Then gave up and phoned to renew. Even that wasn't the best experience for spending £650.
  4. After the Swansea match which took us back to the 80s has safe standing been set back.
  5. Thanks guys. I remember big John going straight to the referee to check the time. Brilliant eh....I was there.
  6. John atyeo. 7 seconds v bury 1959.
  7. Not wishing to interrupt this debate but as the singers are present. I like the rolling song which seems to be we all hate the......... but from the other end of the stand I can't make out what. It's beginning to irritate now. Anyone help. It's a really good effort by the way.
  8. I agree. There is an arrogance amongst some fans that most want to stand. Well, I don't and frankly, in an all seater stadium I don't see why i should be forced out of my seat by those that want to dictate that standing is the only way.
  9. Mind you, if you've got a home ground like Chernobyl you probably would prefer to go away to proper stadiums.
  10. Wally just been on TV to give his plan for ground redevelopment. He wants a 'cozy' ground with safe standing. Taking the seats out of the tent, then.
  11. 99% sure cider is right and it was against Rovers. I was at the game in1957.
