Today's game, as you correctly write, is just one game out of 46. It is a pointer though to how this season is already panning out. A 3-0 defeat, a 2-1 win after which many people conceded the better side lost, another 3-0 defeat, than today the oppos have a man sent off, City twice took the lead and still lost. It appears to me at least, that this club that means so much to us, is not even standing still, but is sliding back down football's greasy pole.

I'm generally an optimist. Win today and we are looking good for mid table obscurity, (as many on this forum hoped for in August). Lose today though and we'll be looking down.

On Points West last night did they say busses will be charged £100 / day? If true, the bus company will pass that on to the passengers which fill force many more people off public transport.

I think other teams are aware of City's fragility because immediately after equalising, Forest players picked up the ball and sprinted back to the centre spot to get the game restarted. They KNEW they could win that game. If City haad equalised in the 90th, we#d have wasted time kicking the ball into touch.
