  1. Quite a few familiar faces were at Ashton Gate for this, who can you spot?
  2. Might be more of a question for our Metro Mayor "Tory Tim" Bowles who was elected in 2017 to do just that and has disappeared of the face of the earth since. We can criticise Marvin as much as we like but at least he is visable.
  3. My Grandfather fought through WW2 and wouldn't wear a poppy.
  4. they could have kept the crest but changed the unicorns to robins...
  5. To be fair, trying to keep cats out of anywhere in Istanbul would be a nightmare job. They are everywhere.
  6. That is the rules but I only saw one of them get treatment?... I may have blinked and missed the other get treatment, but the physio seemed to just pat his knee as he ran through to the other?
  7. For anyone that's interested in listen again its here http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p05l1nks Also the Harry Dolman book is launched tonight (Weds 15th) https://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/harry-dolman-book-launch-tonight/ Available from the City shop or https://www.bristolbooks.org/
  8. To be fair there is obvious merit to making the Portway-Cumberland Basin-A370 all one road (Ring)road. at the moment the basin is designed to route you through the centre which is clearly not the way they want people to travel through the city. I don't really get the logic of building a bridge further up the river though. I am amazed that a city where they decided to culvert the river through the centre left the man made cut open... thats the real opportunity to improve the road system.
