Fans booing the back passing.
Understandable. I get that they're trying to protect a makeshift back 4, but we've been good on the break only to play it backwards. Your got to gamble once in a while.

This is nothing to do with Manning tonight, sorry. You can say that about the last 2 results, but this one’s on the players. Gutless and weak.
Last 3 results!

City are usually a different team in the second half. I'll be interested to see if Manning can deliver a half time team talk to make them shitter.

....from everyone in it together, players and fans under NP, all pulling together, getting it, fighting, respect, understanding...a feeling of we are all pulling in the same direction. A feeling of togetherness. Fighting, supportive, but respectful and knowing our ability and limits.
To this bullshit within a few months.
Talk about not understanding football, your fanbase, and totally thinking you and the squad are better than they are.
Delusional.
It's a reflection of how many in Government/Politics read and understand the country and what's needed.
In it for themselves...out of their depth and massively delusional.
The fact a fan base can see it, call it...but our ' leaders' can't is stunning.
' Tecknically and Proffesionally ' sp inept.
Sadly the only way it effects them is when fans don't turn up. Which is a pyrrhic victory as we end up with a worse team and club

What if the moon explodes? Its so unlikely to happen its irrelevant.

Sums up the management of this club from Lansdown, Tinnion to Manning, not the team.
Still we can turn this match around..
Manning said we needed to show more bravery and made too many incorrect decisions. It's a Derby match and doesn't feel like it at all.

Sums this team up at the moment. Woeful.

Who would you like to see play at the Gate this summer?
I'm hoping Westlife or Kenny Loggins.
Pretty sure it's Robson & Jerome

Is Manning losing the good will of the supporters if he loses three on the bounce?
Did he ever have it?

Boro are a good side, but we've turned into a sideways, back pass team. (So far).

Yeah, as find ourselves without a manager/HC I'm happy to take a chance on an up and coming guy with a reputation for playing good football.
But of you'd told me 2 weeks ago what was about to happen I'd think this was a bad idea.
If we hadn't sacked Pearson without a backup plan then we wouldn't be looking at him in the first place

Following the promise of an experienced manager coming in and ending up with Holden I wouldn't be surprised if Scott Murray gets the nod.

Fans shouldnt take what pearson says too literally.
If he says we want x price - he's aways going to quote a higher price than we are willing to accept
Basic rule of negotiation, when selling, start high.
And Pearson saying we cant spend...... We have just sold a player for big money and clubs are going to know and ask for bigger money.
Another negotiation tactic - saying we arent able to spend much - lower the hype.
I fully expect we've got the deal we wanted and i fully expect us to sign 2 or 3 players for 1m-4m each.
You're on the wrong forum mate, you're making rational statements!

Williams for King.
Sykes for Cornick.
Weimann for Tanner.
Thank god. Cornick brings nothing

Sh!t pen to concede, but we've been wasteful going forward.

We deserved to lose, we look and looked tired.
Our run has in gemeneral been great but injury has been killing us a bit. Hopefully Tanner back Saturday.
Naismith, James, Conway post international break?
Next season we have contracted for sure...
O'Leary, Bajic
Tanner, Wilson, Atkinson, Pring
Naismith, James, Williams, Scott
Mehmeti, Cornick, Benarous, Sykes
Bell, Conway, Weimann, Wells
Vyner surely either new deal or contract option activated.
Hakin, Kalas, DaSilva all questions over contracts.
6 injured, one coming back from long term injury in Wilson and Bajic loaned out.
A couple of PL loanees, we need to keep most of the above and add a few IMO. Departures may make the necessary additions 7 or 8.
You see Scott here next season?

Lots of space today. Scott and Semenyo playing well. Hope Sykes can get into the game a bit more second half. Hoping for a third, otherwise it might get a bit .
Haha. All round either the best performance of the season or the sh1est from them either way a great win

**** me a first half whete we nailed it.

He won’t go tonight regardless of result - Watford however has become a huge game though now IMO. Lose that and i think Lansdown could act and with the WC break after it could probably be a good time to get it done and somebody else in.
Realistically like who?

Absolutely, thought Wells was very good today. His movement was good & his partnership with Conway was yet again evident. Semenyo was reactionary I throughout. COYR
Ive been quick to be critical of Wells, but some of his first touches under pressure where sublime. I came away from a draw feeling like it was a really positive performance.

Was the second goal onside? Lots of people in the Lansdown asking for a flag
No he was at least 2 yards off.
