  1. Apparently, Adam is the family name and Nagy his first name?
  2. Did well enough, covered most of the pitch, lack of support from O’Dowa didn’t help.
  3. I was taking the piss out of this thread!
  4. A home grown player has to be on the bench.
  5. I was more disappointed in 1976, after beating Portsmouth to be promoted to the old First Division, we lost the last game of the season, which was at home to Notts County, when we could have gone up as Champions! ******* bottlers!
  6. As it’s Halloween this week, definitely a spooky coincidence!
  7. Sounds like it would have been easier to go to the game?
  8. Sorry to dispel the illusion, that picture shows a ground with rows of seats, not garden furniture!
  9. That I didn’t know and perhaps why I had respect for him. Very consistent player and good in the air. Back in the days when I could name a Rovers team, now, some guy with a double barrel name is about all I could offer!
  10. Interesting comments from Johnson regarding Afobe, the player being the right person and player for the club. There’s been a strong bond within the team in recent years, which adds to the their strengths, perhaps with the exception of Tomlin, so there’s a lot to the recruiting process.
  11. And over the years, there’s plenty I’ve been pleased to see the back of Bob!
  12. It’s only recently Tammy scored his first ever professional goal from outside the area! He has now!
  13. @Olé What are the natives saying down your neck of the woods?
  14. I am, with Radio Bristol on, so I’ll know there’s a goal before I see it!
  15. Red button commentary is interesting, it’s coming from Barnsley!
