  1. Hell of a player in that 90’ team RIP
  2. Think it’s a very good point about the fans remaining patient. City fans of old, would have got a bit restless( get into them!), which could have got through to the players, resulting in them loosing shape and getting picked off. A good performance from all concerned with the club!
  3. I’m not sure it did tbh. Was not good goalkeeping
  4. Definitely a Meaco Highly recommended
  5. How the hell can Dickie give the player so much time to get the ball, look up and cross it. Get tight ffs
  6. Not brilliant by James, but a great strike nonetheless
  7. Wow, that is a heart wrenching read. Can only wish him the very best for the future.
  8. Think the “old stagers” ( King, James and Weimann) have been very poor and ponderous.
  9. Pasta Ripena would be my recommendation. From the same camp as Pasta Loco above
  10. I was also up that way, and had a look around. Couple of things I noticed. 1/ It really is an absolute shit hole and must surely be the worst in the league 2/ Apart from the film crew wagons there(?), I didn’t see any evidence of any construction work going on around their new “stand” The whole ground had a feeling of death ( of a football club) feel to it imho. I would have some serious reservations if I was a blue nose.
  11. Love listening to Twentyman making Mark Ashton squirm?
  12. Thought Adam Locke was very good also. Even Lleweyllyn was a trier, but certainly struggled in that position. Hopefully Tanner will continue his improvement
  13. Even the “ not quite so good ones”, such as Derrick Williams and Brendan Maloney were still very decent
  14. Apart from Ryan Mcgivern ( shudder) I’m struggling to think of a poor left back who has played for us in the last 35 odd years. Pringy superb again today, DaSilva would get in a lot of champ teams. From John Bailey to Cam Pring, seems to be our “lucky position”
  15. Very good half. I think we are very close to being a top 6 challenging side ( just not quite sure where we are lacking)
  16. That’s gotta be one of the best games I’ve seen in quite a while
  17. It’ll be interest to see if Fev’s ( whose opinions I massively respect) changes his opinion when watching back again. I watched it on Robins tv , and thought Weimar and Wells were exceptionally poor( and I’m a fan of both players). Though Nakhi was very heavy legged with poor movement, and nothing seemed to come off for Weiman. Definately a position we need to strengthen
