  1. Q&As here https://www.bcfc.co.uk/tickets-memberships/season-tickets/digital-season-tickets-faqs/ A Season Ticket holder’s Digital Season Ticket will update to show the next available fixture, at least two days before the next match. Please ensure you have automatic updates enabled in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
  2. And you definitely have Apple wallet on your phone? Reason I ask is that I saw this in the Q&A: I can’t find Apple Wallet on my iPhone? From iOS version 16.1 onwards, it's possible to remove Apple Wallet from your iPhone. If you can't find your Apple Wallet, go to the App Store on your phone and search 'Apple Wallet'. If you have removed it by accident, you will have the option to install it again.
  3. I had never heard of passbook but I see this on Apple wallet article on Wikipedia Apple Passbook was announced at the 2012 Apple Worldwide Developers Conference on June 11, 2012, and released with iOS 6 on September 19, 2012.[2] It was renamed "Apple Wallet" with the release of iOS 9 on September 16, 2015. so is it an old phone or on on old software?
  4. Something that people might like to know: I downloaded my season ticket to my current iPhone earlier. I still have an old phone (no longer connected to mobile network) that I use around the house (especially bathroom as less precious!) as a wifi only device for internet radio/music etc (like an iPod touch would work). My season ticket has also popped up on the wallet on that old phone automatically so I have it on two devices. So there is clearly not going to be on an issue with changing phones in the future - it will pop up in any phone wallet on the same Apple account.
  5. Must admit I’m liking my digital season ticket. Easy process. One less thing to carry in my pocket. Will be able to forward a specific match ticket to other family members who live in a different location without having to hand over the ticket in person. No worry about the ticket not arriving in the post before 5 August!
  6. Expect we’ll also find that the tickets pop up on our locked home screens as we approach the match - that’s what happens to my Trainline tickets so I don’t even have to go to wallet; I just click the notification. Just have to ensure that ‘allow notifications’ and ‘show on Lock Screen’ are on (in the same place as the ‘automatic updates’ button).
  7. Q&A said instructions on how to forward a ticket will follow, but I would expect it to be via your online account rather than your wallet. I can see a forward ticket button on my account in the tickets section.
  8. I’m guessing from this Q&A that you could also download via internet on your phone, ie from your account rather than an email. What happens if I lose or change my phone during the season? Supporters will be able to re-download their Digital Season Ticket to a new phone through their ticketing account. Full details on how to do this will follow in the coming weeks ahead of our opening fixture vs Preston North End (Sat, Aug 5th).
  9. Exactly. Same with train tickets on one phone. Not difficult. And City have even done Q&A on it (if one were needed!) I have juniors within my group who don’t have a smartphone. We understand that some junior supporters will not have a smartphone. As the accompanying adult, you should download their Digital Season Ticket to your phone. This means you will have multiple passes on your phone. When you approach the turnstile, select your junior's pass first from your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, touch it to the turnstile reader and let your junior proceed through the turnstile. Then, select your own pass, tap it to the turnstile reader and enter.
  10. This is about home fixtures and getting to London afterwards.
  11. That’s how I understood it as well. For that reason, I’d be surprised if a screenshot would work as it wouldn’t be scanned from Apple/Google wallet. However I know that I can share some tickets from my own Apple wallet to someone else who can then click and add to their own Apple wallet so hopefully that functionality works/is turned on for the season ticket.
  12. It’s going to test our squad depth if we’re also in the Championship Play Off Final. It’s the day after the FA Cup Final!
  13. At 9.45pm on 19th would be even sweeter (Plymouth H)!
  14. The only positive is I think they said the TV schedule would be fixed a lot earlier so less uncertainty/mucking up of plans, e.g. TV matches until Christmas would be fixed at the start of the season.
  15. PS you should be able to see it in iPhone settings/calendar/accounts/subscribed calendars
  16. Yes mine did not long after 9am (mine is the Sky Sports one I set up years ago)
  17. To be fair, this is pretty impressive in a cost of living crisis and also shows again what a good Division the Championship is: ‘[The EFL] racked up a total attendance of 19.8m in the 2022-23 season, the biggest since the 1953-54 season. ….the Championship [is] the fifth-best supported division in Europe, behind the Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga and Serie A.’
  18. It could be worse - it could be £5k!
  19. Yes 82, 86 and 90 all great for me too (the first WC I remember was 78 but of course Scotland rather than England). In 82 I also vividly remember rushing home from school to watch England v France and Robson’s early goal. In addition for some reason we were allowed to watch the Brazil v Italy game in the school hall - great game. Highlights here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/63604087 86 was my first year at uni so it was great fun in the communal area in the halls of residence. 90 - Gazza memories in particular.
  20. There are going to be a few puddles coming out of the showers then!
  21. ‘He hasn't achieved with the team what either of those two did, but he wasn't just brought in for that.’ Depends how you measure achievement. I would suggest it’s easier to get us out of league one.
  22. ‘Double’ means ‘two’ last time I looked! So it’s as good a way of saying we won two trophies as any!
  23. Yes I assumed they are in serious financial difficulty when I read that.
  24. So sounds like he’s resigning rather than being sacked then. Presumably not happy with changes at the club.
