  1. Rovers vs Fleetwood 06-02-2024 is a bigger crowd than city have ever had at home vs Fleetwood on 06-02-2024 by over 7,500 spectators…fact
  2. For us, once he stepped up a league he was not so super and nor was the service he received....and then came King Cole...who showed that super was not bolt on average!
  3. He was, and when considering great players we need to do this contextually - the best and most skilful city player I've ever seen was young Mr Scott, and that's since the 60s, however, most players today have learned from the past and are much more skilful and fit than the previous generation....thus it has always been...please, no comments about ball weight and pitch condition
  4. I thought it was a waterlogged pitch, can’t remember if it was due to the weather or them leaving the hose on overnight- or both
  5. You are joking!!!! Unless you only watched a couple of seasons Before he left he really was Average Bob!
  6. “The budget is blown, Loanees and pillars the budget is blown” ?
  7. Were they singing “he’s one of our own (6 webbed fingers on each hand always an advantage between the sticks)” or “he’s one that we own”?
  8. From Sag Chat: "I'll be 50 in a couple of months. First game v's Southend in 1966, won 3-1, hooked ever since!" As we know, maths is not a strong point
  9. I don't think it it fair to our ex players/failed coaches to call the Sags such names as "the city dustbin", "City reject central", "City Bide-a-Wee Rest Home" etc... Perhaps a better title would be "Bristol Rovers, The Bristol City FC Former employees pension top-up programme Association Football Club" - a long title for those long in the tooth(or denture)!
  10. Because, of course, the massive gaseous army are far to gulable and stupid to suspect a few of his CV entries might be missing ? or is it the club that are the thick pricks?
  11. Great to see the Sags new stand being used in Viz this week…for legal reasons they’ve called it Meadow Lane
  12. Hype headlining to attract youtube views...big time, my arse! That lad needs to wipe the bum fluff of his top lip and concentrate on getting some GCSEs!
  13. So the fewers got what was expected, a 5 goal thrashing. Wives and girlfriends currently bracing themselves(hiding) as the huge blue wave surges down the M6 and M5.
  14. is that tier one of a two tier stand ? I presume the rest of the seats are in the shadowed area to the rear, it does look gurt impressive
  15. 62% for the half a cow shed? percentage of seats that offer no shelter from the rain ?
  16. Perhaps they should just go for "Potential Attendance", which would dispense with any of the usual restricting factors such as: ground capacity, balloon fiestas, school fates, the truth.....
  17. Build and they will come......and they did.....all over their keyboards and phones!
  18. I suppose we could start a sweep on how many fewer the fewer’s attendance was than that, and why? I’m going for 2576 below - traffic congestion at IKEA disrupted bus service
  19. Amazing, exactly the same attendance as their 3-1 defeat at Bloomfield Rd. In December
  20. I think the reason that end is noisy is probably because it's next to the away fans...the move could shoot them in the foot.
  21. Yes, but they only paid for half the job, stopped at the centre support pillars - feeding stalls and water troughs also missing
  22. I’m sure there is enough space to have at least 30 portaloos along that back wall. The gaps in the cladding will provide some ventilation - it should smell no worse than the area around Glastonbury’s long drops!
  23. quite literally driven to dispair!
