Great player, will never forget him.

I’m sorry, am I reading this correctly? The Technical Director has appeared on a podcast hosted by.. Tony Wilkins?! That is such a Bristol Rovers move that my little brain can’t even comprehend it.

He was certainly at the Notts game last summer, I think I saw he was on Sky for the Leicester game yesterday though.

Two absolutely brilliant days in the sun at Taunton, genuinely nothing better.
-
We’re playing them at the moment aren’t we?
-
Thank god for that, well done Kasey. I know lots of people might say this about the team they support, but I really am more and more confident that there can’t be a sports team in the world that put their fans through it like Somerset.
-
You couldn’t make this up. Competed really well over the vast majority of this game, utterly ridiculous hour on the first day losing 7/20 and then just throwing away three wickets today when Surrey had pretty much given up and were about ten minutes from shaking hands.
-
I actually can’t believe they’ve managed to get themselves in this situation from where they were half hour ago.

SL - interview please for end of season

Beats me how anyone has heard any of his interviews over the last seven or eight years and actually wants to hear another one.- 106 replies

He might be really good if he could stand up for five minutes at a time, unfortunately any time anyone goes near him he pathetically falls over.
-
People were utterly bored out of their box and desperate to do literally anything else I’d imagine. Thankfully as a superfan I was there to see our goal.

Did we? I didn’t know that. Thanks for clearing that up. -

Another throughly miserable afternoon at Ashton Gate watching this tepid garbage. If this football is the best way of being successful the sport will die. -
Only swings for a few overs, barely has a seam and goes soft quickly.
-
Even by Somerset’s standards this collapse against a Kookaburra ball on this pitch is stunning.
-
Unlike City’s form you haven’t changed then. Still an absolute cretin.
-
An absolutely stunning performance from him, what a player. I swear you’ll never see anything like this ever again, so watch it, drink it in.
-
I’d imagine a few of you would have seen Gab Sutton on Twitter, a completely harmless lad that tweets about the football league. The absolute ******* that used to manage Rovers decided to send him this… because he committed the grave crime of not having Paddy Madden in his team of the week. ******* pond life. If he wasn’t so utterly nasty it would be amusing just how much he has lost the plot.
-
Semenyo or Reid. Scott is absolutely brilliant obviously, but we’re so lacking any sort of threat, excitement or invention in the final third.
-
My rovers supporting mate told me about the kick up story a while back so I think it’s been a fairly open secret. The guy is truly vile. Vermin. I hope Rovers know just what a stain he will always be on them.
-
Behind on over rate from the first innings, need to make up time.

Have to feel sorry for the Leicestershire bowlers at the moment, can’t be too many things more soul destroying in sport than having to bowl to Harry Brook in a dead game just playing for bonus points.
