  1. So we have to wait another 10 days to get our refund for today's game. Sounds like a way they're trying to save on cash flow rather than administration fees. If it is admin fees then why not pay all 3 this week not at the end of the month?!
  2. Hi All, I'm sorry if this has already been discussed or announced but I was wondering if the club was donating any of the proceeds from the shirt sales and other memorabilia to the Ashton Gate 8 who made the sacrifice to keep us going?
  3. I've got the email too. Bit weird to get the same error as before but I guess less often than some footballing errors on the pitch!
  4. Hi Jerry, I am currently considering option 3 or the self named option 4 (refund). I buy my Dad's season card which is an over 65 card but I live in a separate household so in the current guidelines can't use his streaming pass (I've selected option 2 on his behalf). Can you please confirm the option 3 value or refund will be to the value of my season card? I have also read BerkleyBAred's question and whilst I know you're not personally responsible I don't think your response satisfies his concerns. We know with restrictions and comments made by the scien
  5. I don't know if there are any apart from the aforementioned lower league clubs however when Spurs and other clubs furloughed their non playing staff and the fans were rightly annoyed the clubs reversed their decision. This obviously didn't happen here, I don't know if the same pressure was made by our supporters club (?) I know the PFA were in negotiations with the Premier League and possibly the EFL about Wage reductions but that went quiet after the PL players made their own joint contribution to NHS charities together. Jon Lansdowns statement just doesn't sit right with me th
  6. This is exactly why this announcement and the tone leaves a sour taste. " You can click these three options, we encourage you to take 1 or 2"... if you read the fine print then sure you can email to get a refund. When I read earlier as well I didn't realise cup matches weren't included so unless you buy matches on behalf of your friend it is a credit you can only use for 21/22 season. I originally thought this was a good option until I saw this pointed out. The article from Jon Lansdown is icing on a shitty cake for me, we've fallen on hard times so much so we've p
  7. That's besides the matter, everyone knew that the games wouldn't of gone ahead or would be behind closed doors for a long time. You could argue that the announcement about our season being behind closed doors was before the one that there's is curtailed.
  8. How is it even the gas have put out an announcement and still nothing from City.
  9. I'm not sure if Bristol City haven't been clear on purpose to gauge people's reactions and see what other club's do but they should just do the right thing and offer a refund. For me I have a sky sports subscription and I reckon with us in the play-off hunt there will be at least 2 of our games shown if not more. Are they still doing red button? If so I would do that rather than paying the £10 even if it is worse quality. The longer they wait to provide further clarity the more goodwill they will lose and then if we can attend next season people won't bother and/or buy less merchandi
  10. It is clear and obvious that either the season will be cancelled or will be behind closed doors. I don't understand why more clubs aren't at least refunding for this season considering that isn't questionable, I know Manchester United have. I know they have a lot more money but considering they treat us as customers with above inflation price rises every year then I think they should follow suit.
  11. Sincere condolences to the Afobe family. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this heartbreaking time.
