  1. I agree with Fulham. I realise we will not play them this season, but Brighton ranked high for me as well.

It's about a mile, but as you said you could jog, I guess 10-12 mins. You would be facing the correct way for WsM and would avoid the traffic around Ashton Gate. Alternative is to park by the LA Park & Ride (on the grass by the tennis centre). Not sure of the legality of this but plenty do it. This is probably a 6-8 minute jog.

Long Ashton, near to The Angel pub.
  4. Wow - reading through this thread has brought home to me how many players we actually have now. A few are going to be dissapointed as the weeks/games roll on.
  5. Good luck Matt - will still look out for you at games.
  6. He is. I was fortunate enough to speak to him on Saturday. He hopes to be back playing by October.
  7. Yep - my son's middle name is Ashton as well. Oh, and my daughters middle name is Kate.
  8. I'm told the gates were locked at 10:45. You would have to miss the end of the concert to get (walk) back to your car. Last Metrobus at Ashton Gate stop was around 10:10 I believe.
  9. Yep. It was on the local news - camping out by the Atyeo statue. I wonder what they do with their tents and other stuff when they finally get into Ashton Gate?
  10. Rob K. Did I show you around Charlton Farm as your tour guide last week?
  11. Big Al and Toby. Hope you don't mind me hijacking your thread a little to say that I will be just inside the main doors at Debenhams this Saturday (18th May) collecting for CHSW. If anybody is in Broadmead, Bristol, pop in and say hello.
  12. I am also a season ticket holder and have given my time to CHSW to collect at Ashton Gate. Last time I collected was Feb (photo courtesy of @Matt Parsons BCFCSLO ) I'll also be in Sainsbury's on Winterstoke Road on 4th May 2pm - 4pm and Debenhams on 18th May 10am to 3:30pm if you would like to donate.
  13. Shameless plug I volunteer for CHSW and will be collecting for them in Debenhams, Bristol this Saturday. If any of you are about between 10am and 3pm pop in and say hi. I'll be just inside the main doors pedaling on my pushbike. @Matt Parsons BCFCSLO
  14. Had this automatic reply to an email I sent to Bristol Sport......... Dear Supporter, Thank you for emailing Bristol Sport. We are experiencing high volumes of enquirers but we will aim to respond to your query within 3 business days Kind regards, Bristol Sport
  15. Millwall in the cup still & international break.
  16. Help appreciated. I'm trying to renew (Saturday Morning). No supporters services available on the phone until Monday! I can get to the screen shown in the post quoted above. My log in details are in the top right hand corner. When I click on 'Buy Now' for 'Season Cards' I get to the #IWASTHERE screen with RENEW NOW. Click on that and I get my history of every ticket bought but I can't see anywhere where I can renew?? Can somebody @Matt Parsons BCFCSLO point me in the right direction please.
  17. I was there. Paid my 75p to stand in the Enclosure.
  18. Big crowd and top opponents. A 'performance' is important today in my opinion.
