I can simply say its not good,If things really did kick off today how would you here a safety message? (Not like you would of heard it if working normally) Health and safety out the window.. Off the subject of sound is that a new screen in the south stand?
  2. And can this David storr answer a question to why the security netting had to be moved? Looking at the Atyeo there seemed a lot more aways fans than seats!! And can he also answer to why the PA system was none existant in the dolman? The overall health and safety was shocking yesterday.
  3. Chelsea are the winners in all this they add value to all there stock as I put it. The three players we have are already into plenty of game time Palmer kalas desilva being with us is just getting more game time and adding value..What chance does it give our younger players? Believe it or not we are turning into a Chelsea and just stocking up quality youngsters for the big boys to snap them up. Is it good for us I have my doubts but time will tell.

Well you would go the highest but what a waste of money just repairing it. It can be replaced step by step depending on budget and yes it needs completely gutting out..Spending 50-200k will be money down the drain.

http://www.pel.co.uk/stadium-solutions#arena-sound-system Is your system fully critical path monitored such that, in the event of a failure, an alarm is raised both in the Control Room and on the Fire Alarm Panel? Does your system comply with the dual redundancy requirements of the “BS Standard”? In the event of a Mains Supply failure, will your system still operate on Battery Standby in accordance with the “BS Standard”. (With a Standard Generator, Battery Standby is still a requirement)? Does it meet the SPL (Volume) required to evacuate the Stadium, at each stage of a match? Is it intelligible, would everyone hear announcements and, most importantly, understand the Evacuation Message? Does your system meet the STI (Speech Transmission Index) criteria for PA/VA Evacuation Systems? Taken from the link would you all say our stadium complys with this above?

Exactly this I think the system isn't designed to with stand different conditions.(when stadium is empty when stadium is full, wind etc ) Ie Plenty of company's out there that deal with this exact thing. Its about the install and equipment.

Without seeing the quotes its hard to say but there could be many factors why its such a vast difference. Personally if I was in a position I would be putting forward to have the entire system upgraded.(from amp rooms to cabling to upgraded size of speakers) Do you think they won't be spending anything until the ground gets fully developed? Ie the Atyeo if such plans will happen? Maybe they could put Speakers on ground level facing each stand along pitch side..I've known stadiums do this with good effect.Certainly adds to the atmosphere which the current system lacks massively. They need to get the entire system taken out they have issues for sure. Its either the acoustics of ground that causes the problems ie materials the stands are constructed with and design or the system isn't capable of producing the quality sound that it needs. Dolman speakers are dreadful.
  10. But you can physically see hes got it naturally its nothing to do with this one off game,Yes maybe a bit more of a motivational game for him but he's attracting attention. Play him in the championship he will just get better and better for me this season he's done himself no harm at all and deserves to be given a chance. Should be ahead of eisa going on form and fitness this season. That's my view looking on.
  11. For the love of god why isn't he back at city no way people can say he's not ready believe me motivate him week in week out he can easily play championship football.
  12. Never once have I wanted my club to lose a game but Ive always wanted to see them progress to the next level unfortunately johnson wont bring that.!!

I remember against hull when he got substituted he wasn't a happy bunny then. Pretty much slammed his coat down that was given to him and just sat there. We all know he's a good player and a finisher..Its to much tinkering that johnson doesn't get these players a settled position. You can't keep chopping and changing and expecting these players to keep form.
  14. Yes and we have one man to thank for bringing him to city. Pack was always quality at Cheltenham and when he signed for city he had things to prove,He's progressed and never looked back. What a bargain!
