  1. Bizarre one. thought with the wind we might hope to get him more on the ball this half.
  2. You are completely wrong! He's using both hands!
  3. 2nd game I've been able to get too since moving back to the UK. Last one was Southampton so for a similar performance and result.
  4. Excited for this one! First game I have been able to go to live this season! About to go get a cider or two and head to the Gate!! It's so good to be back in Bristol! COYR!
  5. Where are you going to get tickets? Which Stand? I've just moved back to Bristol after 8 years in California and aiming to get a season ticket trying to decide where.
  6. Ok sounds like I didn't miss alot first half! I able to watch the second so hopefully thibgs pick up!
  7. How many fouls this half by Watford? No yellows either
  8. Brilliant stuff. Conway was unlucky - incredible save by Harmer with his foot, great follow up be Twine.
  9. Doesn't start on ESPN + for another minute. I would imagine that's when a lot of streams will start.
  10. You should have gone to the one on the other side of the house. You obviously went on the stream to the left of your house and for the stream to work you need the right one.
  11. I think he has stepped it up in a big way. His tactical play has massively improved, from token runs back and a few hearty challenges to being disciplined and tracking. He has come on a long way in a really short space of time. + Look at the stats @Ian M gave, most of what he is doing is actually starting to come off in some way. Room to keep improving? Absolutely, but for me he is showing that he can improve and is doing so.
  12. Agreed, their forum is the same. I few ridiculous comments but plenty of them gave us credit and a lot of praise for our physical style. Not actually that many complaints, and even some of those complaining about the ref concede we deserved to win anyway.
  13. Agree on Annis, lost the ball a few times, but only when taking his man on and that's going to happen! we want him attacking his man it's the main strength he arrived with, and sometimes that's not going to come off (and remember he was playing against a prem side today). What has impressed is that in the relatively short run of games he has been starting he has really developed his defensive discipline and now is covering really well and tracking. That's something he and LM should take credit for.
  14. You don't have to trawl back it's in the title of the thread! No option.
  15. Didn't want to post earlier incase I jinxed us, but I f#$king love how well we defend corners. Something that NP brought in and thankfully wasn't lost in the switch to LM. Ward Prowse arguably one of the best there is from set pieces and thought we dealt with them brilliantly.
  16. Wish we had his commentary in the USA. ESPN desperately wanting West Ham to be better.
  17. Good signing! I get the fuss about it being loan only, but I imagine this is someone LM really wanted and will know his style of play well and the board/BT are backing the manager they chose. It would be interesting to know what the loan fee was - might even be a case of doing this on loan rather than say £5m upfront means we can bring in someone else this window. All in all, I'd rather we had him permanent or with an option, but if those fees were too high then I'm okay with a loan. I'd rather we play exciting football and this looks like someone who can aid with that. Welcome Scott!! COYR
  18. I'd say I feel the same. I think the biggest issue with someone new coming in is that you would have to be pretty diligent about who you bring in on many levels - Financial, football, and background, and bringing in the right people at the top is the main problem I have with Landsdown anyway. So the main reason I would want him gone is the main reason I'd be anxious about the change!
