I think we need to give cotts money to spend. We bought the lowest number of players of any championship club this season - and that's in a division that includes Blackburn and forest who were on embargoes plus Bolton and Birmingham city who have no money. we're in a league with 9 (I think) teams that have been in the prem in the last 5 years, and Add to that Brighton, boro, Wednesday, Derby and Leeds who all have a net spend for this season of over £4million. This is a tough league, but the manager has not been supported to improve the team. If he doesn't improve it in Jan then he should go. spending money paying him off then giving the new manager money would be an even bigger gamble. We'd be better letting cotts spend the money.

Would love to see how many goals we concede (or neatly concede - Cardiff for example) when cotts won't make subs to bring on fresh legs or at least run down the clock. One today - after the goal had gone in.

This is a pretty odd team. 4 centre backs, a left back, 2 attack minded passing midfielders with little pace, 2 out and out forwards and an attacking player who doesn't defend. Seems like its a hoof it long, have no width and have 4 units at the back to defend. Didn't realise you spelt the Bristol in Bristol city S-T-O-K-E

El abd has proved to be a terrible bit of business. Thought Osborne, Williams and flint were starting to look promising. We were crying out for someone to out there foot in in the middle of the park, and we get a keeper (so we now have about 10), a target man who we don't play, an old probably past it centre back, and a wide midfielder who was good in 2004. Well done Cotterill and the board. I look forward to Mansfield, Newport and dagenham next season.

Osborne RWB is a complete mystery, but playing Barnett to rest jet for the weekend could work. Tonight's a bit of a nothing game. He plays on a sh!t pitch he could be injured for the big game on Saturday.

Osborne, flint and Williams are all pretty young in centre back terms so having someone with more experience is definitely a good thing. Also means we've for 6 solid cb's to cover our 3 cb positions. And a captain, as baldock is bloody useless at it. Hopefully we'll get experience in the window then more youth in the summer. Still think we need another striker to give baldock more competition, and someone to bring a bit more flair to the midfield.

Interesting to see what the loss of wells will do. No doubting he was one of if not the best player there, but rumours aren't he's wanted to leave for a while so him going could lift morale. 2-2 I think. But a point isn't the end of the world away from home.

Didn't Barnett play when we lost to Crawley in the cup under Del? Thought he looked ok that day. Got the best out of Matt tubbs, who's pretty similar to baldock. Just a big mobile striker. Only issue for me is personality. He's one of the ones ferguson tried to bin off when him, Zakuani and that other lad went on a p!ss up after they lost. Wonder if he'll shove jet out wide now? Any news on Myrie-Williams? Or was that just rumours? Shame on Taylor. Always thought he looked useful. At cov he changed the game when he came on. Never lost a header and had an ok touch.

No joe garner which is a win. Davis will cause flint problems so interested how that works. 2-1 loss I think. Interested to see what Pemberton does. Always felt sod was 60% on the way to us playing great football. Out movement was always bl00dy awful though, and no width.

Why don't they get Taylor on earlier? Always changes the game. Getting sick of SOD sticking to his way of playing. When teams know how to play us we need a plan B, and we don't have one.
