But in my mind that’s not the end of the world if it’s not something you do every game.
I think there are though some people who will always buy a seat in a cheaper area with the intention of sitting elsewhere. That is aided by the layout of the ground
No it's not something we do every game and I fully agree that it's an issue if people are buying cheaper tickets with the intention of moving.
My main reason for moving (apart from sitting with friends obv) is that I like to get involved with singing and often end up in an area where the atmosphere is poor.

If there was a call for it then it would be good if the club could re-sell STH’s seats that won’t be used for a match.
However points in the rewards scheme is no incentive at all as it’s rubbish ! Bits that’s a whole different thread.
Do people think the open layout of the concourses at the ground are fuelling this problem of empty seats as it enables people to buy a cheaper seat and then move to other areas of the ground.
Last night there were large numbers standing at the back of the Dolman and it happens often that I have different people around me in the second half than I had in the first half.
That is a very valid point regarding moving to different seats, a couple of my mates have season tickets in the south stand and they will let us know if there are any seats free around them at half time.
So I'll hold my hands up, as we'll then move seats and sit by them for the second half.

Surely with today's technology, there has to be a way of season ticket holders letting the club know that they can't make certain games due to holidays or family commitments etc, then making their seats available for general sale.
As an incentive, if a season ticket holders seat is then resold, the club could add points to season ticket holders My City Rewards balance.
I looked to buy 3 tickets earlier this week as plans changed meaning we could make it, but unfortunately could not book 3 seats together. Then watch it on Sky and see 100's of seats empty, especially in the South Stand.
Maybe there could be the opportunity of a resale the day before a game of any seats made available.

Suggested to me earlier that even as a one off that the Han Noah Massengo song could be adapted to Big Nigel Pearson, not as mad as it sounds when you try it ( not sure how massive his hair is though)
Whatever anything that gives the message over is positive
How about the Albert / Heartbeat song.
Nigel, oh Nigel Pearson...Give him, a 3 year deal.
Followed by **** off Mark Ashton (and repeat)

FA cup replays are so stupid these days. Just do extra time and pens
I agree it's not ideal for us today but replays are great for teams like Chesterfield who drew at home to WBA yesterday so will get a few quid from reply

Need to bring Sykes on for Semenyo ASAP. Semenyo playing too far forward.

Beans on Toast
I randomly came across Beans on Toast on a small bandstand stage at Glastonbury, was quite a few years ago now, had me in stitches! Gets much bigger crowds now and fully deserved.

Chris Stokes who scored Coventry's first goal against MK Dons today is a local lad from Trowbridge. He's signed on loan from Forest Green and has played for City at youth level I believe.
City on the telly today and ill tell you why....
