Living in Devon, it was nice to go and see the boys in action. Sweltering heat and you could see some of the team were struggling with it in the 2nd half. Wilson had a few decent touches, Dasilva looked sharp, but it was hard to see how the coming season will be much better than the last! Pretty lacklustre with little imagination. But good to get minutes in and we did win again so good for morale.

Have supported City for nearly 50 years but not sure how much more of this dross I can take! We are no further forward than when we got rid of Holden, probably worse in fact.

When are the powers at the top going to realise that there seems to be a certain style/age of manager that just isn’t working anymore? Pearson, Hughton, Adkins all previously good managers can’t buy a win now! Whereas young up and coming managers seem to have different more dynamic approaches. Take Cooper at Forest for example - only a few games in and they are really motoring already. Being a City fan is so depressing these days!

What a god awful season for Bristol football as a whole - 2 relegations and almost a 3rd (although City deserved to go down to be honest!). As a life long City supporter, I can't say that I am too hopeful for next season at the moment.

So, 45 minutes from Wembley. Anyone got any idea of the likely price of a Wembley ticket?
