  1. 2 - 2. We take an early lead, 2 - 1 up at the break then hang on for the draw. That'll do for me.
  2. Can't sat I'm buzzin for it but certainly more interested than I have been of late. Setting the alarm for a 01:00 kick off anyway. COYR
  3. Unfortunately modern football creates modern footballers. Sulky, petulant, overpaid, mollycoddled etc. It's too easy to just blame Holden's tactics, they stopped playing for him a while back imo. Or, maybe a lot of them are now getting excited about the clubs future and want to be a part of it? I dunno, whatever the reason I'm just effin glad it's happened.
  4. Happy - Farrell Williams The Boys are back in Town - Thin Lizzy I am the Resurrection - Stone Roses
  5. Brilliant. Over the moon with this. At last a manager who really does have the potential to take us to the next level. Nothings guaranteed of course but this is just what we’ve needed for some time.
  6. I posted on another thread that there was zero chance of appointing him. I didn't think SL and MA would have the balls for such a character. God I hope I'm wrong
  7. Just checked Wikipedia an that seems to be the case. He took Leicester up, kept them up then left when the Thailand stuff happened.
  8. Yeh I think that's right. Ranieri came in and won it next season (??)
  9. Gave up a little while back. I have to invest more than a tenner though as watching City means I miss a nights sleep on Saturday (2am k/o here). Ruins the weekend and affects the working week too. I can live with it when we're playing ok but not witnessing this crap. It was killing me so I now only listen to evening games on a weds/Thurs morning while at work.

    Radio 2

Don't really bother too much with the radio now but thanks to the Forever Bristol City lads I downloaded Podbean, which led me to the Ricky Gervais podcast. Every XFM episode since about 2001 (minus the tunes). Hours and hours of brilliant nonsense. If you drive a lot like I do, it's bloody perfect.
  12. Zero chance of it happening but I'd like to see Pearson come in and kick some arse!

    Jon Lansdown

Global house hunting by the look of it.
  14. Gotta feel for DH. Set up to fail by those above. Ridiculous appointment.
