I got to say I turned up Friday with no receipt and an unwanted Christmas present. They gave me an exchange and change back into my account with no questions asked. That's great customer service in my opinion.

It's only for the TV audience which is probably why it was pushed so hard by the Tv companies in the first place. It isn't much fun watching grass grow for 8 minutes at a time in the stadium.
