I rang up the other day about the same thing. Guy on the phone couldn't have been more helpful and sorted out the tickets in minutes.

I've been a couple of times through my son's football teams. I can't remember the name of the contact but he was brilliant.

I think it does but that 'bounce around the ground' chant is cringe though.

I got to say I turned up Friday with no receipt and an unwanted Christmas present. They gave me an exchange and change back into my account with no questions asked. That's great customer service in my opinion.

As someone above alluded to, the managers only tend to chirps, as per, when the decisions go against them. A tale as old as time, whether the decisions are being made by man or machine...
